Traditional Majorcan finca with a 16th century building that was renovated in 2016 located on a 67.000 m2 rustic plot of with 360º degree panoramic view to the sea and the surrounding mountains which ensures a sense of calm and wellness.

4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, infinity pool, wifi, barbecue, multiple terraces, and only 4 km away from the "Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy" and 6 km away from the sea.
The reformed house is perfectly oriented to the southeast, has 320m2 of indoor units, plus open terraces both on the ground floor and on the first floor bedrooms.

Inside it is distributed in 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 of them in suite), large fully equipped kitchen, office, large living room with classic fireplace, utility room, and distribution areas.

The exterior of the house has various garden areas, infinity pool of 10.5m x 3.5m and depth from 0.4m to 1.6m, with a wide relaxation platform and easy access for children. Large solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas, and attached pergola with grass floor and a vegetal cover for shading area.
