We had an amazing stay at Gabriella’s place! She very kindly met us at check in and explained everything about the place which was super helpful. The kitchen is very well equipped including some yummy treats Gabriella left us :) There was plenty of space for the 6 of us, having three bathrooms was great! The nights were very quiet and we slept really well. It’s a short walk to the metro and there are a bunch of grocery stores/restaurants/pharmacies within walking distance. It’s a short metro ride to the main attractions. Thanks so much Gabriella for making our stay in Rome so comfortable, we really felt at home in your place :)
Gabriella was a great host, and the apartment is lovely. Three good sized bedrooms and three bathrooms, well equipped with everything we needed. If we find ourselves in Rome again, we will definitely stay here!
The apartment was wonderful. There are several restaurants across and up the street. Gabriella is wonderful. She made it very easy to check in and out.
If you’re looking for a place to stay in Rome , with good access to all locations ( we U weed to most, but some is walkable, but the heat, whew ) and the most friendliest Italian you’ll meet, this is the place for you. A/C worked wonderful in all rooms, fully furnished kitchen ( with provided snacks and coffee ), amazing restaurant directly across the street ( Bi Bi made reservations for us upon arrival ) and was available after check in for any questions. You WILL NOT be disappointed. Even after our stay , my family continued to say , “ she was amazing. “ THANKS Bi Bi We’ll be back !!!
Thoroughly Enjoyed our stay at this spacious and very well kept apartment!
Short summary - this is a wonderful place, very spacious with all the amenities one wants. The hostess Gabriella clearly enjoys providing this service and it showed in the way the she has kept this place, and in the manner she had prepared it for our stay.
We stayed here for 5 nights and there were 6 of us - all adults. The apartment is located just off of a not-so-busy street with
a few grocery shops and 2-3 restaurants very close by. There are a lot more of these within a 0.5 - 0.8 mile radius. The nearest Metro is also about 0.5 miles and was very convenient to access.
We arrived around 7pm on a Sunday, and our hostess Gabriella was there to receive us with cookies and cakes! She was very helpful and approachable, and took the time to explain everything to us. As she showed us around the 3 spacious bedrooms, and the kitchen stocked with coffee, tea and biscuits, we could clearly see she was very passionate about this. Needless to say, our first impression of her and the place were very good and remained so for the entire duration of our stay.
The 3 bedrooms are quite spacious and definitely comfortable enough for 6 adults. One of the bedrooms has an attached full bath (shower, toilet and sink). There are two more full baths outside for guests in the other 2 bedrooms to share. All bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and well stocked up.
The kitchen was stocked up with lots of utensils, plates, cups and wine glasses. Although we did not cook our own food, we did make use of the coffee, tea and other snacks. The kitchen also had a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a toaster,
and a drip coffee maker - all in good working condition.
Walking to/from the Metro station (Furio Camillo) was a breeze, and from there, the train ride to other important stations (Termini, Spagna, Flaminio and Colosseo) around
the city center took about 15 minutes or so. The ride to Vatican (Ottaviano) was about 20 mins. Each one-way trip was euro 1.50 (and you can buy a one-day pass as well).
Couple of important points: First, Gabriella is very approachable. We had been in touch with her via Whatsapp and this was very helpful. So if you have any questions, try reaching out to her directly even before you book this place. Second, the photos of bedrooms and the bathrooms
are exactly what you see when you are there!!
Overall, we had a GREAT time in Rome and really enjoyed our stay here. I would definitely recommend this place without any hesitation.

Thank you for staying in my house and for taking care of it so well.
I am grateful for the lovely review, it is guests like you that give me the energy to put more and more passion in hosting.
I wish you will come back to Rome. You will always be welcome in my house!
All the best to you and to your family
Gabriella
Gabriella is the ultimate hostess. From start to finish, she went out of her way to be helpful to us. Her communication before our trip began made our check-in very smooth and she helped us secure a private driver, Daniele, from the airport to the apartment. He, too, was fantastic and we used him for several trips during our stay (to the cruise port and for our return to the airport). Gabriella contacted us almost as soon as our flight landed to make sure that we reached the meeting point for Daniele, and she was available for questions we had about sightseeing during our stay. She is truly a lovely person and wonderful hostess!
The apartment is just as advertised and we (four adults) were very comfortable there and had everything we needed, including snacks that Gabriella had left for us. The AC was a big bonus, as it was very hot during our stay and we welcomed a cool place to come back to after sightseeing.
We did not get a chance to explore the immediate surroundings very much, but we felt very safe there and had no issues with noise, etc.
We would definitely stay again!
Thank you for everything Gabriella!
