Villa Orlene is a comfortable holiday home located in Paradis Villas Resort, just 12 km from Fažana and 17.4 km from Pula. Designed for a relaxing family or group getaway, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

The outdoor area features a private 32 m² swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and a parasol, as well as a covered terrace with an outdoor dining table, BBQ, and table football.

Inside, the villa offers a bright open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa, TV, air conditioning, and a fireplace, with direct access to the terrace and pool area. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

The villa has four bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over two floors.

On the ground floor, you'll find one bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the terrace, along with a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a washing machine.

The first floor offers three additional bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. All bedrooms on this floor are air-conditioned. Two of the bedrooms have access to a balcony overlooking the pool and the resort's shared tennis court.

A second bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on this floor.

Unterkunft nahe Pula mit eigenem Aussenpool

Geräumiges Haus in einer Siedlung mit gleich gebauten Häusern für 8 Personen und mit eigenem Aussenpool, in der Mitte der Anlage mit Tennis, Basketball, Spiel imd Gym-Platz. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.

Why they chose this property

Villa Orlene is a house I would literally recommend to anyone. I welcomed more than 10 groups of guests from all over Europe during summer 2017 to villa Orlene, and there was no single complaint about the accommodation. Norwegians are coming back and they already reserved their stay in June.

There is nothing luxurious or spectacular about Orlene, but she simply offers warmth, quality, and roominess for groups of up to 8 people.

Activities that I can offer to my guests: horse riding school, airplane sightseeing of Pula region and islands, group diving / diving course for beginners,, bicycle rent / bicycle tours, quad safari adventure, winery tours and degustation, private fitness-dancing classes-yoga classes, sailing boat rides, water sports, pet hotel etc.

What makes this property unique

4x Air Conditioning units. In the neighborhood of this villa, there are 23 almost identical houses, so there could be some friendly interaction, especially in the park located in the middle of the resort, but also on the tennis/basketball courts near.
