This charming apartment is located on the first floor of a cozy private apartment with a private stairs. The property has been restored with excellent finishes, decentral heating and air conditioning. It consists of a small kitchen, fridge, microwaves. Three elegant double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twins. The interiors of this elegant and refined apartment.
The apartment can be reached from Marco Polo airport by motorboat Alilaguna orange line stop Sant'Angelo. By rail or Piazzale Roma by ACTV ferry line 2, stop San Samuele. Via water taxi stop San Samuele.
A gondola service to the 18th century in the district of Dorsoduro and the 'Ferry' to 'Garzoni' which leads to SaToma, in the district of San Polo.

Really enjoyed my stay last week. Carlo and Maria were very welcoming. Carlo greeted me upon arrival and gave me some cool tips for food and places to see around Venice. The place was cozy, no complaints! I would stay here again next time in Venice!

The accommodation was beautifully clean, well appointed and well-provisioned. The central location, on a peaceful street, was a great combination permitting us to explore this glorious city. Maria and Carlo were absolutely fantastic hosts! Maria helped us with booking private water taxi to and from the train station and helped us with some tricky travel issues we were having. They were very responsive and helpful. Carlo met us and showed us the apartment, how to navigate Venice, and gave us recommendations. The location is perfect, near all the major sites but it is quiet at night for sleeping. Highly recommend.

Had a great time at Maria and Carlo’s place. Such a treat to have Carlo meet us when we arrived, give us an understanding of surroundings, and recommendations since it was our first time. Appreciated them arranging water taxis to and from the train station as well. Would totally stay again!

Adriano met us at the water bus stop and walked us to the apartment. He was very helpful! He showed us on a map where places to visit are, in comparison to where the apartment is. He also showed us a spot to go to when the crowds got to be a little much.The location of the apartment is excellent because it is in an out-of-the-way spot, but still close to good eateries, some shopping and walking distance to most places.The communication with Maria was excellent! She made sure we were settled in well, and she even gave us suggestions of places to eat.We would stay here again without hesitation!

Perfect stay in Venice!

Carlo and Maria are the most gracious host! Their communication was completely proactive and they helped to line up transportation from the airport to the island and from the water bus stop to the house. It’s easy to get lost in the streets, so this was beyond appreciated. From there, it was terrific advice and directions to make the most of our stay. We can’t thank them enough.
