Quinta São Jose is a beautiful villa in a peaceful area just ten minutes drive from Albufeira and the beach. The town of Ferreiras is just five minutes away and offers a supermarket, fish and meat market and various local restaurants. The villa is set in fabulous surroundings with a magnificent swimming pool, 10x5m, lawns with palm trees, sun terraces and large BBQ/bar area allowing relaxation and privacy. The quality interior comprises separate modern kitchen, spacious lounge/dining area decorated to a high standard with leather seating, satellite television, dining table and patio doors to veranda and garden/pool. Downstairs. Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, patio doors to pool, double bedroom and twin bedroom with exit to garden, full bathroom and separate cloakroom toilet.
Upstairs. Open seating area, twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and veranda overlooking pool, double bedroom. Air Condition is available in all rooms and Lounge.


Housekeeping Services: Once a week theres a team to make the cleaning(included on the price)

Beautiful villa and gardens needs lots of money spent on it!

The prroperty was beautiful and massive and the garden and pool were perfect. However the beds were so so uncomfortable and one was so old it had rusted through and completely collapsed. There was no cleaning equipment at all no way of keeping it clean except by buying everything - which we did. We had to leave it all there. There wasn't even salt or pepper or sugar or anything at all! We had to spend a fortune on essentials and then leave them there. When it came to leaving the host got angry with us as the bed was broken and the showers as well - because they were so old! She called us bad people and that she had more guests coming which is hardly our fault but she left a sour taste im afraid i cannot recommend. It needs a lot of money spending on it and she should leve essentials for guests to use. She sould also learn some. Ustomer service!

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une villa spacieuse située dans un endroit très très calme. Décoration ancienne mais très très propre, appréciable d’avoir plusieurs salles de bain. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques ils viennent de bonne heure le matin pour l’arrosage et l’entretien de la piscine. Je recommande cette location pour passer des vacances en famille.

Excellent house

A spacious and beautiful house, able to accommodate 11 to 15 guests easily. Very clean ground and swimming pool . We had absolutely wonderful time. A small suggestion , if the host can keep few tea bags and some sugar, guests can have some tea until they get access to the shop. Because there is no shops in a walkable distance . Otherwise the host was very attentive and helpful . We would highly recommend this house

Blissful seclusion!

On arrival the lovely Maria gave us a quick tour, and it is surprisingly even larger than the pictures show. The location was easy enough to find and as peaceful and secluded as described. Despite this the villa is only 5 mins drive from an excellent supermarket/ fish market/ and local bars and shops. If you drive or go by taxi Albuferia centre and a lovely marina are only 15 mins (& euros) away. The one small disappointment we had that being probably the first visitors of the season the fresh pool water was too cold to use for the first few days but soon warmed up. This wasn’t a massive negative for us as the Villa’s well laid out and beautiful gardens and relaxing areas were just what we needed! Thank you so much for our lovely stay! Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa très bien placée pour visiter l Algarve. Les extérieurs de la villa sont magnifiques : grande piscine, transats et très joli jardin. La maison, malgré une déco vieillote, est très bien équipée pour des vacances en groupe. Maria est très accueillante, disponible et discrète. Merci beaucoup à elle pour ce séjour.

A gorgeous family villa near Albufeira

We absolutely loved our stay in Quinta Da Jose! The villa is perfect for big families! Maria the owner is very nice and welcoming, she is always available if you need anything during your stay .The garden is beautiful and the house very spacious. The highlight of our stay was the huge swimming pool! I highly recommend to stay in Quinta Da Jose and We will come back in the future. Thank you Miguel for the perfect communication before, during and after our stay. Love this house and love Portugal 🇵🇹!

Nos vacances à Ferreiras

Cette maison est très agréable et très bien aménagée extérieurement. Une piscine fabuleuse , avec une bonne dizaine de transats, dans laquelle les enfants ( ils étaient 5 de 3 ans à 11 ans ) ont bien profité. Nous aussi d'ailleurs! Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. Sur le devant de la maison une cuisine d'été avec barbecue, table et chaises. Et à l'arrière de la maison ( du côté piscine) une terrasse avec une très grande table et chaises pour y manger. Par contre à l'intérieur la maison est très meublée avec des meubles anciens , je pense qu'il y aurait quelques travaux à prévoir ! Remplacement des pare-douches (aucun ne se fermait correctement) , revoir la capacité du ballon d'eau chaude car nous étions 8 et ceux qui prenaient leur douche tardivement n'avaient plus d'eau chaude . Revoir également la literie car nous avions des matelas peu épais posés sur des planches de bois ( donc très très durs! ). Maria ( la propriétaire qui habite à côté ) est très gentille, serviable et très discrète. Par exemple, nous avons eu la cafetière qui est tombée en panne, le jour même elle nous en a acheter une autre. Elle a vu que nous avions fait une petite fête pour les anniversaires de 2 de nos petits et très gentiment nous a apporté un gros saladier de mousse au chocolat délicieuse. Malgré ces quelques "petits défauts" ( qui peut-être seront corrigés !) à l'unanimité nous y retournerons avec un énorme plaisir. Nous y avons passé 15 jours de vacances extraordinaires. Merci beaucoup à Maria et José pour tout !

Férias em familia

Éramos um grupo de 12 pessoas e por isso era importante encontrar uma propriedade com condições para nos proporcionar uma estadia agradável e confortável. Foi exactamente o que encontrámos! A casa tem todas as condições para acolher grupos/famílias oferecendo todas as condições tanto em conforto, espaço interior e exterior como uma cozinha muito bem equipada. E para quem gosta de grelhados tem à nossa disposição um barbeque espetacular. Os proprietários são muito atenciosos, simpáticos e discretos. Não muito próximo das praias (+/- 7 kms) mas com bons acessos. Recomendo! :-)

Villa topissime !!!

Nous avons loué cette villa entre amis, nous étions 10 adultes. La villa est grande et fonctionnelle, les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus (gazons, fleurs, piscine...). Maria la propriétaire, qui habite à coté, est extrêmement gentille et serviable, dès que nous l'avons sollicité, elle a répondu positivement. La maison est dans un coin très clame, il est nécessaire de louer une voiture ou un scooter comme nous l'avons fait pour pouvoir se balader et se rendre aux différentes plages. Le centre historique d'Albufeira se trouve à 10-15 minutes en scooter. Le ménage a été fait en milieu de séjour par une employée. Les draps, serviettes de toilette et de piscine ont été mis à disposition. Les photos correspondent en tout point à la villa. Une villa parfaite pour passer d'excellentes vacances, nous n'hésiterons pas à louer de nouveau cette villa.

Juin 2017- Une semaine de rêve!!!

La maison est parfaite (encore plus belle qu'en photo), le jardin splendide, l'emplacement idéal, près de tout et au calme entourée d'oliviers. Nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux pour une semaine entre amis avec des enfants c est parfait. Les propriétaires sont serviables, très discrets et charmants. Ils parlent bien français. Je ne parle meme pas de la piscine et du superbe barbecue !! Nous recommandons cette location à tout le monde! En espérant y retourner un jour! Merci à vous

Absolutely fantastic

The property was exactly like the description. Actually we were even more impressed. The villa is really top, as we arrived we couldn't believe it. The garden really good mantained and the house just beautiful and clean. We spent there two amazing weeks, nice weather, nice people, good food and a lot more. We traveled with an another family, in total we were 10 people. The house was cleaned once a week and even we got new towels. Fantastic holidays in beautiful house

The house has its own unique atmosphere . We felt very well there . The kitchen and the whole house is well equipped . The garden is big and beautiful and the pool is a paradise for children. Description of the house is 100% compatible with reality . The Owners are always willing to help ( thank you again for sharing a printer) The house is regularly cleaned , bed linen and towels changed . Our holiday was very successful. Thank you very much.
