The town of San Lorenzo in Campo is located between the foothills of the Alpine Nines, it is about 20 minutes from the seaside town of Marotta. It is a lovely village with its real Italian charm. An extensive market takes place every Tuesday morning. And you drink a delicious cappuccino on the outside terrace of cafe Central. San Lorenzo in Campo has its own theater in the Palazzo della Rovere, named after the Italian opera singer Mario Tiberini, from San Lorenzo and where many concerts are given. You can buy delicious olive oil or honey here, but also organic products. You can enjoy these products in the many restaurants in San Lorenzo and the idyllic villages around them, where they prepare the tastiest regional dishes. In the locality you will find ao 3 bakers, 2 butchers, 3 supermarkets and 2 pizzarias.
If you want to see places such as Pesaro, the birthplace of Gioacchino Antonio Rossini, the famous composer, then you are in the time of the Renaissance. An absolute eye-catcher is the Corinaldo place with its 100 steps. In Pergola you can see the famous Bronzi Dorati and Pergola is known for the truffle parties. The student place Urbino, the historic center is dominated by the beautiful palace, Ducal Palace, which Duke Frederico da Montefetro had built in 1444. Paper city Fabriano is a beauty and has a paper museum, from here one can take the train to Rome. All in all there is much to see in De Marken and you can enjoy the beautiful views and the tranquility from the Borgo Roncaglia where the holiday home is located.

Schönes kleines Domizil. Ruhige Lage,
schöner Pool. Fussläufig gut erreichbare Ortsmitte.
Alles in allem ein schöner Kurzurlaub.
Route d'accès en mauvais état , machine à laver à ne pas utiliser en même temps que la plaque chauffante risque de coupure électrique disjoncteur principal trop bas , téléviseur ne fonctionne pas bien coupure de l'alimentation fréquente ( j'en ais acheté une à Ancône , pour voir le match de la finale de la coupe d'Europe) , chasse d'eau défectueuse . Piscine pmal entretenue , fond du bassin salle et petites grenouille en surface . L'alimentation électrique du boitier de la pompe était coupé . Je tien à remercier Antonella , pour sa réactivité au problème signalé . nous avons eu un plombier pour réparer la chasse d'eau qui était entièrement entartré ( non utilisation trop longue ) , une personne était venu pour la télé qui n'a fonctionné qu'une demi heure , cette personne nous a ramené une télécommande mais en fond d'écran du menu de réglage du téléviseur ce sont affiché tout seul .
Je ne reviendrais sans doute plus jamais à cette endroit .Dommage une si belle piscine dont la pompe de brassage de l'eau ne fonctionne pas . Pour ce qui est de l'appartement il est propre et le linge de maison bien fourni. Merci à Antonella .
La casa di Magda si trova a Borgo Roncaglia, la parte più alta di San Lorenzo in Campo, con una splendida vista sulla valle e sulle colline. E' un antico borgo costituito da diverse casette ristrutturate, molto silenzioso e con la possibilità di praticare jogging sui vialetti sterrati che circondano il borgo.
Ho messo solo tre stelle all'accuratezza dell'annuncio perchè nel borgo c'è una bellissima piscina che però quest'anno (causa Covid) non è stata messa in funzione e purtroppo questo non ci è stato detto se non dopo aver pagato. Probabilmente ci saremmo andati comunque, ma ritengo che Magda avrebbe dovuto avvisarci, visto che nell'annuncio si parla di piscina che sicuramente è un valore aggiunto al contesto già molto piacevole.
Per il resto ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa è piccola ma confortevole, la cucina ben attrezzata (manca solo il forno, almeno un microonde ci vorrebbe), acqua calda sempre disponibile, il patio esterno è l'ideale per mangiare e il giardino per prendere il sole!
Il paese di San Lorenzo in Campo è a 2 km. ed è fornito di tutto.
La posizione del borgo è favorevole per raggiungere il mare e per visitare gli innumerevoli paesini medioevali dell'entroterra.
Consiglio senz'altro l'appartamento di Magda a chi vuol godersi un po' di pace e visitare una bella regione!

Bedankt voor je recensie. Wat vervelend dat dit niet bekend was dat het zwembad gesloten is. Ik heb in de voorzieningen het zwembad eruit gehaald, ook heb ik de foto verwijderd van het zwembad, alleen ben ik vergeten om het uit de tekst te halen. Sorry hiervoor. Ik heb het inmiddels aangepast. Het was niet mijn bedoeling om jullie te misleiden. Bedankt voor je opmerkzaamheid.

Casa in campagna immersa dal verde e dalle splendide colline...Vista incantevole...a pochi km dalla zona marittima...Casa molto carina accogliente..La padrona di casa molto gentile e professionale, che sa curare ogni aspetto per rendere il soggiorno degli ospiti ben gradito...Consigliatissima!
