Our 4 bedroom condo gives you enough space to come together as a family as well as individual space for quiet time to recuperate on your vacation. With three full bathrooms, it is easy to get cleaned up after a day at the beach and pool. No need for a car as you can walk to the beach for surfing, swimming as well as restaurants directly across the street. Racetrack is also just 1 mile away. Our complex contains a pool, four tennis courts, two hot tubs and a rec room (pool, foosball and ping-pong). Welcome to paradise in Solana Beach.

Great location, easy booking, a bit dingy

Great condo location! Cannot be beat. Lots of space and easy to book. Owner communicated early about check in and parking, which was great. The only drawback is that the condo is a bit dingy - some dirt on the walls, extremely dirty baseboards, some cabinet doors are no longer attached to cabinet frames, bathroom fans don't work. If you can overlook that, it's great!

Great vacation spot!

Had a wonderful time. All the family was able to join us for a great get-together. Large living area. Plenty of bedrooms. Easy walk to local eateries for your morning coffee. Quick stroll to the beach for after dinner relaxation.

Amazing Family Beach Vacation

Well appointed, quiet unit, with easy beach access. We watched the sunset over the pacific every night. The property was spacious and as advertised. Solana Beach was a great area with lots of things in walking distance. Huge beautiful beach. Highly recommended. We hope to return.

Wonderful rental for families

We had a really wonderful stay and the rental was above and beyond expectations. The house was well-appointed with just about everything we could think of, but it wasn't cluttered. You could tell there was logic in how everything was laid out and where things were placed. We were two families on vacation together, and the layout of the house was perfect for us to have plenty of common areas and also our own family spaces. Absolutely the best rental house we've ever had in terms of readiness for kids: lots of toys and games that meant we didn't have to fly with them or buy things upon arrival, plus a high chair and pack and play. Communication with the host was clear and quick, and we really felt comfortable. The location is great -- lots of coffee shops, some restaurants, a shopping district, a quick walk to a small playground on the beach at Fletcher Cove. Know that there are stairs -- both in the home and to get to the beach. But for us this was fine and we'd absolutely stay again!

Why they chose this property

We love this house for its proximity to the ocean. Being this close to the ocean means that we get to enjoy the ocean a lot more whether that is for a quick sunset walk, a jog on the beach or a couple of hours playing in the sand and water. Easy access without having to get in the car makes all the difference in the world.

What makes this property unique

It's all about family. Our place is set up for families to enjoy spending time together. We have toys for the littles and board games for the bigger folks. We have enough space to spread out and also a huge dining room table to gather around. We also have three bathrooms so that it is easy to get clean up after a day at the beach.
