This attractive modern holiday home, is toasty and warm in the winter and filled with sunshine in the summer, an ideal place to come relax, chill out and unwind throughout the year. Perfectly located being adjacent to the high street yet still quiet and private with a wonderful south facing courtyard and raised lawned garden to enjoy the summer sun.Ground floor: Front door leading into a hallway, with doors to: Kitchen/Diner: with gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. WC: with wash basin. Lounge: Smart TV with FreeSat, french doors leading direct into the south facing garden.
First floor: Stairs leading to landing with doors to: 1 double bedroom with king-size bed, TV, Juliet balcony opening out over the garden for those balmy summer evenings!, 1 twin bedroom with TV/DVD offering USB. Family bathroom: with shower attachment over bath, WC and wash basin.
Please note: Outside: enclosed south facing garden offering a wonderful space to relax and unwind, catching the morning sunshine through to those long lazy summer evenings! Amenities: bed linen and towels included. High Chair, Travel Cot (please bring own bedding) and Stair Gate available. Parking for one car, space restricted between the 2 parking pillars is 7ft or 2.1m (width). WiFi. Location: beach 400 metres, pubs and shops a 2-minute stroll. Please advise upon booking what beds you would like to be made up for you.
