The house, in a traditional Mallorcan style with a stone facade, is surrounded by a pleasant walkway and features a fantastic swimming pool accompanied by a row of sun loungers to enjoy the sun on the hottest days.



Next to the entrance, a porch equipped with a dining table invites you to celebrate outdoor meals, as well as an area with a coffee table perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air.



The interior combines a modern and contemporary style, designed to offer comfort and well-being. The living-dining room, with exposed beams, air conditioning, free WiFi and satellite television, is a bright and welcoming space.



The kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher and American bar connecting to the dining room, facilitates the preparation of delicious meals.



On the ground floor there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, another with two single beds and direct access to the outside; all with air conditioning and heating for maximum comfort. There is also a bathroom with a shower and double washbasin.
