This lovely 2 bedroom 3rd floor flat sleeps 4 people in the most sough-after location in Paris, on the beautiful Île-de-la-Cité, minutes away from the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Louvre Museum and the Luxembourg Gardens.

LIVING ROOM
Decorated with statement pieces of furniture and floor lamps and boasting natural light coming through the French windows, the living room offers plenty of sitting space, featuring a stylish sofa, a corner sofa and a few armchairs. A dining table for 4-6 people is located by the windows, boasting views of the neighbourhood.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is located next to the entrance in the property and offers all the necessary equipment such as oven, fridge, freezer, a small glass-ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and a Bosch filter coffee machine.

FIRST BEDROOM
Situated next to the living room, this bedroom is fitted with a double bed nicely set between the fireplace and the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Seine, a wardrobe and chairs.

SECOND BEDROOM
This comfortable room offers a double bed, a desk, library, TV, and storage space, and is animated by lovely artwork in the walls.

BATHROOM
Located opposite the second bedroom, the bathroom is fitted with a single wash basin, a walk-in shower and a washing machine.

Great location! Beautiful apartment!

We absolutely loved our stay here while in Paris. The apartment is in a great location with easy access to main attractions and a great view of the Seine!

Beautiful and clean, great location!

We loved our stay here. The location is very near to the Metro, 1 of the major train stations, restaurants, sights, etc. The views of the river are beautiful! We did not spend much time in the flat (we usually left in the morning and stayed out until after dinner), but when we were there we had what we needed. The washer is small by N American standards, but did a great job; no dryer, but clothes dried fast enough when hung. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful, very quick to respond when we had questions. Highly recommend!

A Magical Location

We have rented in Paris several times in different locations and this one, by far, was the BEST! From Ile de la Citi’ (the island home of Notre Dame) you can walk to almost all of the city attractions or easily cross a couple of blocks to St Michel, on the other side of the island, to catch a subway. There is a small genuine bakery (no frozen croissants there) on the next block called Huré that we walked to daily. Yum! There were street musicians on the bridges almost every evening and some mornings. Fun! The flat itself was in a nicely maintained old building complete with multiple tall windows accented with beautiful black metal grill work. The views out of these windows were simply INCREDIBLE! There was a small elevator, or lovely wooden stairs, to use to get to the 3rd floor. Inside, the apartment is bright and colorful. The living room furniture leaves much to be desired but the beds were adequate and so was the kitchen. Kudos to the owner for providing good quality knives (most rental’s don’t). The washing machine worked great! The shower was great! I wish there had been more than the one toilet. We LOVED our stay in this rental and would most definitely stay there again!

Geweldige locatie, fijn appartement.

Mooie locatie vlakbij metrostation Hôtel de Ville. Het appartement heeft twee slaapkamers en je moet door de eerste slaapkamer om bij de tweede slaapkamer en badkamer te komen. Voor ons was dit geen probleem. Het appartement is gelegen op de derde etage waardoor je een mooi uitzicht hebt over de Seine. Als ik de eigenaar was had ik het iets minimalistischer ingericht en persoonlijke spullen (foto’s en souvenirs) uit het zicht gehaald. Wij (4 vriendinnen gemiddeld 37 jaar) vonden het een prima appartement met huiselijke Frans ingerichte sfeer. Alles is aanwezig, zelfs een föhn! Heerlijke tijd gehad in Parijs!

Great Location but Just OK.

Three flights up without a lift was difficult for some in our group. Very cluttered decor. Uncomfortable furniture. Hard beds. Few useful kitchen items such as plates and glasses and microwave. Rather unwelcoming as nearly all closets and chests were taped closed with blue tapes. Notice in entry way asking that you remove shoes while in the apartment and when you leave please remove all hair from the bathroom drains. That's why you pay a cleaning fee isn't it? In fairness the location was good but I would not recommend this apartment.

Beautiful and spacious (for Paris) apartment! This is a private holiday home, and is packed full of homeowners personal belongings and furniture (so many chairs!), so there’s not a lot of space to put your luggage etc. However, it’s a 5 star VRBO place. The location, the views, the spacious and hot shower, well equipped and large kitchen, comfy beds, the professional communication, all were top notch. Extremely pleased with apartment and management company.

A localização é excelente, mas o melhor é a vista do apartamento para o rio Sena que é deslumbrante!! Sem contar que ouvir o sino de Notre-Dame oferece uma experiência inigualável !!!!!

This apartment was in the perfect location for walking around Paris--not too far from the metro, close to adorable Ile St Louis. The views from the apartment windows are lovely. The apartment is spacious and I enjoyed the vibrant colors and art. My only complaints...the beds are not particularly comfortable, there are signs everywhere that tell you not to use certain pieces of furniture or closets, and the toilet is across the apartment from the shower and sink. They were little things, but worth mentioning. Otherwise, I loved our stay there.

This is a great little apartment, perfect for two adults and two kids. The beds were comfortable with lovely fresh linen and towels. The shower was great (which is saying something as most of ours showers throughout the UK, France and Portugal were terrible!) and the apartment had all the facilities we needed. The location was unbeatable - just behind Notre Dame and we could walk to everything. We had beautiful views of the Seine and the Marais. We will definitely be back!
