Excellent apartment with a small terrace, located on Usandizaga street. Great for families and congressmen. The apartment is 1 minute away from Zurriola beach and the Kursaal Congress Palace, 5 minutes from de Old Town and the city center and 10 minutes from la Concha beach.

Apartment with 3 bedrooms (5 single beds), a bathroom and a kitchen open to the living room with a sofa bed. Includes free Internet connection via WiFi and full kitchen equipment, as well as sheets and towels.

Easy to communicate with Kepa, our host- any questions answered quickly. Very useful having the parking space but it’s definitely only suitable for small-medium size cars. Everything was very clean and worked. Great location within a few minutes walk of the old centre.

A gem in the heart of San Sebastian beach town.

Great Location

Nice clean apartment not a lot in the way of luxuries but in a great location easy to walk to the beach and the old town.Close to all amenities and would recommend if you looking for a base to explore San Sebastian.

This is a lovely apartment, close to the surfing beach and a short walk from Old Town. Kepa was very helpful with both checkin and checkout. Thank you. There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants very close. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

Drove from Bilbao, had a peugeot 308, which was determined to be too big for the parking spot, was directed to a paid underground parking lot at the convention center which was a 3min walk. Property is super convenient and close to everything. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. Communication with host was quick and prompt. Host helped provide local recommendations, highly recommended.

Beautiful Summer in San Sebastián

This property was clean, convenient and ideally located. The layout of the flat made it easy to commune with family as well as to rest when needed. The atmosphere of the neighborhood was festive and vibrant. Our host was just a message or phone call away. Thank you, Kepa!

Worked out great. The property is very close to the Kursaal conference center where I was attending the conference. The host was great to work with. I don't know that I will ever be coming back to San Sebastian, but if were to, I would certainly stay here again.

What a great location! Everything we needed was close by. There is a vibrant scene with lots of bars and great restaurants close by the apartment. The Old City is only a 10-minute walk away. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Clean, basic apartment in a great location.

If proximity to a beach is important to you, this apartment is in a great location. Not much in the way of fancy bells and whistles, but the beds are comfortable and the proximity to a ton of bars/restaurants is excellent. Kepa was patient with us when our arrival didn't work out as expected.

Great Location with Friendly Host

Kepa's apartment is in an excellent location. It's near everything you'd want to see in a few days. There are several great restaurants around the corner, and the beaches are very close. Old town is also close. They were great hosts, providing recommendations to restaurants, which we all enjoyed. We especially appreciated their recommendation to check out a cider house, the specialty of that area. Thanks!

Overall was a nice experience

The only problem was that the parking structure is very narrow, and need to go 6 levels down to park. We paid for the parking but got the car out of the garage only on the last day of our stay. Maybe recommendation for a public parking would have been useful

Measures of the parking place are: Length: 4.7m With: 2.3m High: 1.88m You are free to decide if you want to pay more for a public parking and depending of the dates make queues to enter in them or not.
