Composed of 2 bedrooms one double and one with two single beds with the possibility of joining them to a double and a third. Located in the basement with a small spiral staircase and a window. A living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with tub / shower. Frescoed ceiling. Safe-deposit box.
Very quiet building surrounded by greenery among citrus fruits, aromatic plants, olive trees and flowers.
It is about 100m from the ztl area
At 300 m there are supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, post office, bus stops under the house for the main destinations such as Portovenere, Cinque Terre, Tellaro, La Spezia, Sarzana etc.
A 10 min walk there are both free and paid beaches with all services
The cliffs are 5 minutes away
It is possible to board ferries that leave from the pier for beautiful trips. For lovers of greenery the surrounding hills offer beautiful itineraries with breathtaking views of the sea
Possibility of private parking for a fee.
The international airport of Pisa is 60 km away.
The nearest stations are in Sarzana which is about 5km away and La Spezia about 12km away
At 60 km there is the locality Cerretto Laghi with its 1200m of altitude

L'appartamento si trova in ottima posizione ed è dotato di tutti i comforts. Daniela ed il marito sono stati molto disponibili, cordiali e simpatici. Ci hanno consentito di parcheggiare facilmente l'auto e ci hanno dato degli ottimi consigli.
