This unique and magical boathouse in Stoke Gabriel, is in a secluded, riverside setting and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Sandridge Boathouse is a magical and unique holiday home in one of the most secluded and romantic riverside settings in south Devon. The house sleeps four people in one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and one twin bedroom. There is also a ground floor shower room. The living space is open plan with a wood burning stove and full height folding doors. Outside is a wrap around balcony, with table and chairs overlooking the Dart. On the banks of the river, yet within a short drive of many attractions, The Boathouse will ensure you have a truly unforgettable holiday. Note: Please be aware that bookings can only start on either a Friday or a Monday at this property


Amenities: Electric fires with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for one car. Barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: Arrival before 3:30pm in winter. Don't forget your torch - and binoculars! Note: Starter pack provided for the wood burning stove, any additional loads have a £5 charge to be paid directly to the owner. Note: Please be aware that bookings can only start on either a Friday or a Monday at this property
