Apartment Signoria Elegant by Mmega

Located on the 4th (with elevator) floor of a traditional Florentine building on the very central via dei Cerchi. In the heart of the city halfway between Piazza della Signoria and Piazza del Duomo: it's impossible to find a more central loaction!

Recently renovated, Signoria Elegant has modern furnishings and offers cozy rooms superbly equipped with all necessary amenities for an unforgettable stay in Florence.

The interior space is organized on two levels. Upon entering the apartment, you'll find a small corridor which leads into the first bedroom on the right hand side, while on the left hand side you find the first bathroom (with a washing machine) and spacious the living room (where are a comfortable double sofa bed and the TV) and kitchen area. This luminous space provides guests space to relax in front of the television or a good book after a day of sightseeing in magical Florence.

A staircase leads up the loft where you find the second double bedroom and the second bathroom.

Capable to accommodate up to 5 people, this prestigious apartment is equipped with many comforts as air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, monoxide detector and independent heating.

Great place to stay in Florence. Close to all of the shopping and sites but just off the main street to get you away from the crowds at night. Place was easy to find and access by the host was easy and straight forward.

Ideal location and great communication with the host. The apartment has a drip coffee machine which we love. It has a dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine/dryer. Rare finds in Italy. The pizza place on the same block has the nicest staff. Grocery market 50 feet from the door had what we needed for a pleasant stay.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at this vacation rental. You couldn't really ask for a better location. Restaurants and grocery store right outside the building, and almost all the sites were within about a 10 minute walk (many even closer). We were very comfortable in our accommodation. The beds were a bit firm, which some people like, but some people don't. The kitchen is small, but very usable. I would recommend this place to anyone who visits Florence.

Location is fantastic! The space was very nice, plenty of room! but the internet was very spotty (one of our party was trying to work remotely and that was extremely difficult). The upstairs mattress is not great.

The management company did a fine job directing us where to park and meet us upon arrival. All went smooth on the front end. The apartment was clean and well equipped for the most part with a couple things we needed to be addressed. The air-conditioning on the second floor did not work but they sent someone over within an hour to fix it. We bought groceries one night to cook dinner only to find out there was not a pot to boil water to cook spaghetti noodles. At first we were told it would be 21 hours before somebody could be in touch with us after we bought all our groceries. When we pushed and told them that was unacceptable they were responsive and while it took an hour to send someone they had purchased new pots and brought them to the apartment these things happen with rental properties and while we were disappointed in how long we had to wait in the scheme of things they actually did a good job troubleshooting the issue. We would stay here again but may look at alternatives too. We are worldwide users of Vrbo this to give you our perspective.

The apartment is in an amazing location, walking distance to shopping, museums, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment was not ready for our check in time and we did not have hot water the 1st day. The communication with the management team was easy and they did address our issues promptly.

Great location

Can't beat the location of this apartment if you want to be in the center of Florence. The place was clean and checkin was easy. The beds are not the most comfortable but will do for most. Seems well appointed though we didn't use the kitchen at all, why would you with the abundance of amazing restaurants nearby?

Really wanted to love it. Pictures are fantastic and mostly as described. What you can’t see is 4th floor walk up or tiny elevator. Requires a key for use of elevator or entry to building/apartment, so your group can’t split up. You’re supposed to walk your trash 2 blocks away every day. Bathroom on second level never got warm so could not use shower. Bathroom on main smelled of feces/sewer and mold the entire time. Shower had no shelving to place your items so you can to continuously bend down in a shower the size of a coffin. Poor water pressure. Biggest issue was NO mattress pads on the beds, yuck so much. I couldn’t get past it. Totally repulsive and unsanitary. We ended up on bare mattress every single night since only a tiny flat sheet is provided and it doesn’t stay put. Excellent location, but noisy, loud (even with windows closed) 23 hours a day with a break between 4-5am. Would absolutely never, under any circumstances, stay again.

The downstairs bathroom had an overwhelming smell of sulfur and was almost unusable. Two of our party elected to stay in a hotel rather than spend a second night at the apartment.

If you want the feel of a non-touristy place with the cutest Italian charm then this is your place. The location near the Duomo was perfect. Having two bathrooms was wonderful and the cleanliness was spot on! The host went above and beyond to be the most accommodating. We loved every minute

Florence stay.

Great central location for exploring Florence, walking distance to all the main attractions and train station. Apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed, appreciated the elevator to avoid the stairs in the July heat. Lots of room for our family of five. Wifi did not work great all the time and the AC had a hard time keeping up during the heat wave but all things considered we would definitely recommend staying here. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
