BreadFruit Villa - a small piece of paradise
Located 15 mins from downtown Ocho Rios is the perfect getaway. This is within a gated community with supermarket, pharmacy, swimming pool, tennis courts, gym and 24 hr security. We are near a wonderful array of attractions.
The space
BreadFruit villa is a clean fresh and modern Villa getaway that is set in the natural beauty of well attended gardens, manicured green grass, and natural walkways. It is a perfect Paradise of relaxation and tranquility said by some to be a "true getaway". It is home away from home with all your required needs catered for.
A stay at our three bedrooms two bathrooms villa provides access to the 24 hour sports and fitness center, an infinity pool and clubhouse with wireless internet and cable, Richmond private beach with its wireless Internet, kiddies park and golf putting range, as well as close proximity to all the major attractions.
BreadFruit Villa provides you with suburban living within a tranquil paradise. Its located in a gated community in Richmond Estates. 24 hours access to all the amenities
The Villa sleeps six persons and is suitable for small to medium families and friends vacationing in the area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (Six burner stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine) and much more. The family room has a 50 inch smart TV. There is complimentary cable and wireless Internet, surrounded by lush green gardens. Breadfruit Villa is considered a green community and so the water heater as well as the streetlights are solar powered.
The Villa is also only 45 minutes away from Montego Bay beaches, attraction and Airport. It is an hour on highway 2000 to Kingston, the capital of Jamaica! Our Ideal location keeps you close to nature and in 10 minutes to the scenic and adventurous attractions.
BreadFruit Villa is a self-serve villa, meaning, all guest are responsible for serving and taking care of themselves and the property during their stay. The Country Store is at the entrance on arrival (near the main road) that sells Jamaican, American and British food, you can get your cold beverages, ground provisions and fresh fruits among other essentials; they can deliver on request. Within the store is a Deli that serves breakfast every morning. Jamaican breakfast is served on the weekends. There is a pharmacy inside for any emergency need you may have.

On your request a masseuse can be provided at an additional cost, contact details are provided in Appendix A. This service must be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.
Chef
If you would like nothing more than just to nestle in & relax at Breadfruit Villa in your tranquil domain and need that special meal prepared for you, a cooking service with authentic mouth- watering recipes are available at your request at an additional cost.
Airport Collection & Drop Off
If you require airport collection can be arranged to collect you from the airport on day of arrival, at an additional cost (price as quoted by booking service). 7-day notice is required for booking request to ensure you are not disappointed.
Equally if you require drop off service for airport return on your day of leaving the same as above can be applied, it is advisable to confirm this when requesting your collection service.

We have decided to share this opportunity to people just like us - who simply desires a well-earned break, to take in the beautiful tropical island of Jamaica, to soak up the sun, sea and beautiful white sand.

Why they chose this property
Things are just sweeter and more flavoursome here on the island, and whether it be the sun, or the love we put into planting and cooking our produce, there’s a little bit of magic in our dishes.
As we have influences from all over the globe, you’ll taste different flavours; Cassava from our native Arawaks, pickled meat and fish from the Europeans, yams and bananas from Africa and curry from the East Indians. Put it all together, with our own tasty produce and local flavours, and what do you get? Our delicious Jamaican Cuisine.
You may find our famous jerk sauce, or tasty Blue Mountain Coffee around the world, but we’re sure that it tastes better here. Authentic jerk meats from the Chelsea Jerk Centre, pepper shrimps from Middle Quarters and flakey saltfish from Rick’s Café are a taste of the real deal.
You’ll also find some traditional eats that haven’t made their way around the world yet. From Cow Foot Stew, to Goat Head Soup, something different is cooking in our Jamaican kitchens.
Whatever you do, immerse yourself in a world of flavour and spices, and taste something new.
