Great Crete vacation

We are a family of 5 and we stayed a week. This was a great vacation villa and location. The management team and support were very kind and accommodating. We arrived late and they provided shuttle service, rental car and a wonderful welcome arrangement of food and drink. The views were stunning and the villa is walking distance to numerous tavernas and shopping. We would definitely return to the villas. Thank you!

A highly recommended Villa

We are a family of 4, and stayed at Villa Ammos for 1 week end April 2014. The villa is very well appointed with all the comforts of home (but without the chores!), and the region is picturesque and with more vegetation than other parts of Crete. The owners' attention to detail is second to none, and hospitality comes naturally. Awesome views, excellent swimming pool (heated for extra charge), daily housekeeping, speed dial to owners, guides of local food and tour pickings, home delivery from nearby restaurant, selection of dvd's, cute steam/sauna unit shower, and wifi. Strongly recommended.

Family relaxation in Crete

Property had the most incredible view. Very clean, very well maintained with attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend this property. Local village is filled with tavernas and small shops; wonderful spot to relax.

Wonderful stay at Ammos villa SK Place

We have been in this marvelous villa for ten days in summer 2009. Every thing was absolutely perfect : A kind reception completes with Ariadni, a villa very clean and very well maintained by the team, a garden and a swimming pool always very well maintained, a complete, modern and functional equipment. The front view to the sea is marvelous. A splendid place near Chania with all the facilities you need to spend memorable holidays. Every request we have made were immediatly and completly done without any problem. Of course, we will recommend this property to our friends and we will back next year if the villa is free of reservation during our dates of holidays. In Almyrida town, there is a very pleasant restaurant : Erotokritos Taverna. We recommand to every one because the people are warm, the food is excellent and the prices very cheap for the quality. I could write a lot of things about this luxury villa, it will be always the same : only the best !!! Just two little things to improve : the way to go to the villa when you arrive in Almyrida town could be better with road signs. And may be a microwaves oven could complete the equipment in the kitchen. But that is details. This villa is a place completed for unforgettable holidays. We recommend it to every one warmly. Elisabeth, Dominique, Alain and Dominique = 4 happy french tourists.

SKPlace Crete villa Ammos

Would highly recommend staying at SKPlace. Beautiful location, stunning villa and veiws. Owners have put alot of thought, detail and love in having the three villas designed and built to a very high standard. Everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday is provided. Almirida is a very pretty sandy bay about 5 mins walk from the villa with a few essential shops, bakerys etc, and some very nice bars and taveranas to enjoy the local food. Water sports are on offer in the bay and speedboat trips to nearby caves for snorkelling and exploring are an exciting way to decover it's hidden beauty. The description of these villa's are totally accurate, the hospitality and service provided by the owners was outstanding. Anyone staying here I feel would realise they have decovered a real gem of a place, and like myself and my family would not hesitate to return. Tracey and family

SK Place was a dream inspired by the unspoilt beauty of the land handed down by our grandfathers, the traditional architecture of Crete and the youthful vibrancy of our children. This dream became a reality in 2008 when we built Villa Ammos, Villa Anemos and Almyrida Residence.

Pavlos is a qualified architect trained in Milan. His work is based in the town of Chania, where he has run his own design and build practice since 1985. Katerina is a financial accountant and manager working since 1985 with Pavlos in his architectural-construction studio and her passion is interior design. Stella and Kostantinos are our kids and we named SK Place after them because we wished them to know that they too belong to this land of our forefathers.

Katerina thought of all the little things to make your stay a more exciting and fulfilling travel experience, from the luxurious decoration to the complimentary welcome basket of Cretan goods and delicacies. Being extremely knowledgeable of the area, Katerina can give you helpful advice on what to do and where to go during your stay in Crete, so there is no doubt that you are in good hands. Don't forget that Greeks are noted for their hospitality - expect to be treated like royalty!
