FLORIO'S COURT AT THE SCALA luxury apartment

Luxurious apartment with pieces of design in the center of Milan, between Piazza della Scala and the Brera district, located on the second floor of an elegant building.
There is access to a large living room composed of a conversation area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with a finely furnished shower, laundry with washing machine and dryer. TV and WI FI available for free throughout the house.
The exhibition is on a graceful inner courtyard.
The apartment has just been completely renovated and has been studied in detail. It is luxurious, welcoming and suitable both for visiting the city and for being used for business.
It consists of a large living area consisting of living area suitable for conversation and relaxation, a dining area with a large table in front of a modern and equipped kitchen that will allow you to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
The sleeping area, completely independent from the living area, consists of three double bedrooms, two with balcony and all with television.
In the bathrooms you will find the Maison Margela courtesy line.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood!

Everything about the home was perfect, we enjoyed the beautiful living room, kitchen, bathrooms, washer and dryer. The old-fashioned elevator was a unique feature that we really enjoyed.

Great Short Stay in Milan

The unit is very well appointed, comfortable and in a fantastic location in the middle of Milan offering easy access to the sights and transport options. We would definitely stay again.

Milano stay

Four adults had a lovely experience in a great location. Well equipped, fabulous and attentive hosts. Bathrooms are in the hall but not a problem. Would stay there again. Walk to everything.

Amazing stay

Everything from check in to check out was first class. The property is very spacious and decorated well. Its location cannot be beat and is a quick walk to a number of great restaurants and sites. Central Location and Immaculate

We stayed only two nights and felt like we were in luxury. The apartment is in the center of Milan and close to excellent restaurants. The check in was quick and professional and they had all the amenities we could need. Made us wish we stayed in Milan for a longer stay!

This truly is the place to stay in Milan. You are so close to everything. The place is really clean and well decorated. The beds are comfortable and big! I would highly recommend staying here. They really go above and beyond and the host and assistant are fantastic! Can’t go wrong

Great Apartment in a great location.

The apartment is great, comfy beds and everything you could need. The area is also great with lots of great cafes and restaurants close by as well as many of Milan’s attractions. The only slight downsides were a delay in checking in and an occasional unpleasant smell in the apartment. Overall a very good place to stay.

This is a magnificent property, beautifully situated and appointed. There is everything you need and restaurants and cafes 2 steps away. Two nights in Milan

The apartment was wonderful and met all of our needs. The location was perfect and easily accessible to restaurants and public transportation. The bedroom floors were a bit squeaky, so it tended to be noticed by our roommates if we had to get up during the night. This was very minor, and I mention it only for information.

Large apartment located near Milan Duomo

Apartment is as represented. Only complaint is that the area is very noisy until after midnight every evening, even during the week. Other than that, this was a wonderful place to stay! Would recommend.

We loved the apartment. It was perfect for us. It was very central, close to major sights and close to cafes. It was easy to walk to features and to just wander. Although the apartment was very central it was very quiet. It was well appointed and we loved it. We would definitely book again for Milan.

Eine sehr charmante Wohnung mit viel Platz. Der Boden könnte vielleicht sauberer sein. Aber wir haben schnell selber gewischt. Der Boden von allen Schlafzimmern quietschen was das Leben mit einem schlafenden Baby ein bisschen schwer macht aber sonst alles super. Die Lage ist exzellent und die Mitarbeiter sehr hilfreich. Gerne nochmals wenn wir wieder in Mailand sind.

We had a great stay at Florio's Court. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and description. Very comfortable with upgraded finishes and appliances. It was warm in Milan and we appreciated the air conditioning that was adjustable for comfort in each room. The location is walkable to anything in the Milan Centrale area. The host contacted us in advance and made the check-in process easy. Highly recommend this apartment.
