The Beach House. Completely renovated again after hurricanes Ian, Helene and Milton. It’s all new inside and out. Finished 6/19/26. New as in roof, siding, walls, insulation, windows, doors, floors, ceiling, electrical, central air, dishwasher, kitchen, tiles, quartz, flooring, plumbing, furniture and bed.

Welcome to our Peachy TIKI Cottage! You will love the 13 "Old Florida" charming cottages that are located directly on Lemon Bay. Ours is facing West facing. Like fishing? Lemon Bay has some of the best world class fishing in Florida. Our new dock and fishing pier was replaced August 2026. Walking distance to Dearborn Street, also known as Old Englewood. Farmers Market every Thursday. Festivals weekly. Like beaches? Only 5 minute drive across Lemon Bay to Englewood Beach, Bars and Restaurants. 25 minutes to Venice Beach. 20 minutes to Venice. Boca Grande only 30 minutes.

What we will have for you:

Freshly Restored and Remodeled and Clean, Clean, Clean!

Our cottage is very well appointed. 1 BR, 1 Bath (shower), Sleeps 2, Queen Bed, Living Room with 50” smart tv, WiFi, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Washer/Dryer. Wrap around paver patio, Heated and updated Pool, Thatch Roof Tiki Hut with picnic table and chairs at waters edge and bonfire pit. Cottage includes one parking space. No trailers or extra vehicles allowed. We have guest day parking if you have a visitor stop by.

Pool was resurfaced in 2019. New Tiki Hut built in 2025. New Pool Equipment and Pool Deck 2021.

Ours is one of only 13 cottages.

NO SMOKING or VAPING in cottage.

NO PETS

We love pets but it's not worth the hassle of damage and deposits. We also do not want to affect the next guests who may have pet allergies. So whatever type of reason you need to have a pet it's a no.

You may love it so much you will ask to buy!

Best sunsets anywhere. West facing.

We are currently Michigan residents and bought this charming cottage on Lemon Bay to use for ourselves and for others to enjoy. We fell in love with the "Old Florida" charming cottages each with their own unique Florida exterior colors. Once we saw the spectacular sunsets, manatees and dolphins, we were sold. If you like a quiet yet fun place that is close to everything, this is for you. The cottage is quaint (500 sq ft) yet everything fits well. We have an extra large closet for your luggage. Don't be surprised if the neighbors invite you down to the waters edge for a crab boil. Many guests of the cottages have come back year after year.

Why they chose this property

Englewoods restaurants, beaches and laid back vibe. It's not a heavy traffic area and a great place to walk or ride a bike around. Dearborn Street, which is walking distance from the cottage has many restaurants and shops to visit. Englewood Beach is only a 5 minute drive across the Bay. Nothing better than your morning coffee or tea sitting in a chair by the water or take a walk to Dearborn Street.

What makes this property unique

You will love the view of the Lemon Bay. The mornings and afternoons are great for kicking back in the Lanai or on the sundeck waterside or go for a swim in the heated pool. The evening sunsets are amazing no matter if you're hanging out in the cottage or sitting on the patio or down at the tiki hut. The fishing from the dock and beach are great too.
