Great rental! Location was very convenient. The beds were fantastic—very comfortable and everything was spotless. The property was spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. The large kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, which made preparing meals easy. The Blackstone griddle was an awesome bonus and got plenty of use! Overall, a great place to stay and we would definitely come back!

We booked for the weekend, the house was very clean, nicely laid out and had so much room for our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone planning a group trip to Nashville, it was a short uber ride to broadway.

Could not say enough about this wonderful home. We had 5 couples enjoying a friends 60th bday party and this home was perfect. Way more than enough room for everyone. We didn’t even get to enjoy the third floor party room and deck. Location was so convenient. We were getting 6 Lyft to Broadway. Very well stocked and we could not ask for better. Highly recommend! Our travel group consisted of 6 couples in our 30s and 40s. The house allowed each couple to have their own space. Access to bathrooms was never an issue. Some of the rooms were en suite. The kitchen was well stocked and each morning we cooked our own breakfast. We felt close enough to a lot of activities but far enough away that it was quiet. If you’re going with a large group I would definitely recommend this house. If we come back next year I would book this house again.

We truly could not recommend this place more! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Communication was fantastic, the home was exceptionally clean, and it was absolutely perfect for our group of 12.The house genuinely felt like a home away from home. The bedrooms were all a great size, and having such an amazing ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms made getting ready with a large group incredibly easy. The common areas were spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of seating for everyone to hang out together without ever feeling crowded.The location was also perfect, convenient to everything we wanted to do while still giving us an amazing space to come back to and relax. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making this home comfortable and functional for larger groups.We had such an incredible stay and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place. We would absolutely stay here again and will very likely be booking it for a future trip. If you’re considering this property, BOOK IT — you won’t be disappointed!

Host was accommodating to our request to drop our luggage off slightly earlier than check in time. Beautiful home in great location. Uber rides always less than a 5-minute wait. Charming home is situated in prime location.Enjoyed the spacious home with lots of bathrooms. Made it much easier for the entire family to have a fun trip with no bedroom sharing and no wait for a bathroom.Comfy beds and fluffy towels. Great option for Nashville with a large family. :)

Great location and easy getting Uber rides - can walk to different areas, but we took Uber with big crowd. Place is very spacious and comfortable. We had 9 people and the beds were all good. Contact with John was easy and great response time. Quite street and beautiful house and apartments. Nice roof deck to enjoy a morning coffee. Plenty of kpods for coffee. Never made a meal but plenty of space if you chose to do it.
