We had such an amazing stay at this property! There were eight of us for a girks’ weekend and we had plenty of space, a beautiful home, location was perfect and John was an amazing host. I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you so much.

Property was fantastic. Only one suggestion. You might want to have the cleaners run the jets in the master jacuzzi tub once in a while because I did and a lot of slime and gunk came out.This happens to all jacuzzi tubs so not abnormal if not used very often.Had a great time and really enjoyed the home.

This spot was just amazing! We were a group of 10 and the space fit us perfectly. Everything was very neat and clean with a lot of supplies. Location was great. We had to reach out to John before hand and he got back to us very quickly. We will definitely be keeping his info on hand for future visits.

Great rental! Location was very convenient. The beds were fantastic—very comfortable and everything was spotless. The property was spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. The large kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, which made preparing meals easy. The Blackstone griddle was an awesome bonus and got plenty of use! Overall, a great place to stay and we would definitely come back!

We booked for the weekend, the house was very clean, nicely laid out and had so much room for our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone planning a group trip to Nashville, it was a short uber ride to broadway.

Fantastic stay! The house was perfect for our group of 7 friends, and we loved that each could have their own bedroom. House was very clean, comfortable beds and linens, kitchen well set up. Great location—easy Uber rides everywhere, or can walk a little over a mile to Broadway or 12South.

Could not say enough about this wonderful home. We had 5 couples enjoying a friends 60th bday party and this home was perfect. Way more than enough room for everyone. We didn’t even get to enjoy the third floor party room and deck. Location was so convenient. We were getting 6 Lyft to Broadway. Very well stocked and we could not ask for better. Highly recommend!
