Excellent location in Old Nice. Roomy property. All the needed amenities. Effective A/C on second floor kept the apartment cool during warm days. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great apartment and great customer service

We originally booked this for 2020 and had to change the date twice because of lockdown restrictions before we finally made it in 2022- seamless process and the manager was very accommodating. Excellent property; lovely French style decor and had everything you needed. Great property on the edge of the old town and easy walking distance to trams and main attractions

Super maison, super emplacement ...

Une maison en plein Nice, c'est très agréable, et ça change de l'appartement classique. L'emplacement est parfait car proche de tout (le port, le vieux Nice, Garibaldi, Masséna …) La maison en elle même est sympa et bien équipée, avec sa terrasse pour l'apéro … Je recommande … Il faudrait juste un peu de lumière sur la terrasse ... Le sèche linge !!! Et mettre de la lumière sur la terrasse, c'est important !!!

COLLINE DU CHATEAU AP4077 - JUNE 2019 - Individuelle Wohnung in traumhafter Altstadtlage.........

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und individuell eingerichtet. Sie Lage oberhalb der Altstadt ist traumhaft. Man ist mittendrin und wohnt trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Betten sind etwas zu kurz für größere Gäste.
