~I have several apartments available, if your dates are not free, click 'Ask manager a question' and maybe we have another one that is available ~ Situated in a quiet, private residence, these well equipped apartments are ideal for couples and families. We have carefully selected these apartments for their comfort, convenience and style. The apartment Joey offers access to secure parking (a rare thing in Collioure) and 2 sheltered beaches. Perfect for those who wish to swim, snorkel or just relax. Within 2 minutes walk there is a supermarket giving you the easy option stay at the apartments. The apartment is within walking distance of both Collioure (20min) and Port Vendres (10 minutes) where you will be spoilt for choice with the range of restaurants, cafes and art galleries. You can park the car and enjoy your holiday. Accessible from airports PERPIGNAN, GIRONA, BEZIER, CARCASSONNE and BARCELONA. Also easily accessible by motorway and train links.

For those who like to explore, Perpignan, Céret and Argeles are all within a few minutes drive. Perpignan is world renowned for it's photo journalism festival. In Céret, you will find many galleries including the Museum of Modern Art which houses a permanent Picasso exhibition. Argeles is ideal for families with children with lots of activities, a leisure park, many coloured plastic things and ice cream.

Within 30 minutes drive you can be in Spain and visit many of the wonderful attractions such at the Dali Museum in Figueres, the beautiful town of Roses or a little further and you can enjoy tapas in Barcelona.

Amazing spot by the sea

The location is excellent with quick access to a small beach which is perfect for swimming and snorkeling (loads of fish). All amenities in east access. Town of Collioure is a 15 minute walk and great for ice cream, meals out and live music. The property itself was great for our family with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts communication was excellent answering all our questions before we arrived and was very attentive during our stay.

НОрмально, але з корндиціонером було б ще краще.

Найбільший недолік цього помешкання - це відсутнеість кондиціонера. Складно назвати це помешкання 3-и кімнатною квартирою - скоріше 2,5. В маленькій кімнаті стоїть двоповерхове ліжко і маленьке вікенце. Внизу спати взагалі неможливо серез задуху. на кухні кахедьна підлога і металеві ніжки у стла та стільців. Здогадайтесь як там голосно коли намагаєшся їі посунути. На вікнах відсітні жалюзі чи будьщо - дуже спеконтно пообіді. Ванна кімната: вісить дзеркало без полиць. Якщо треба щось дітати із шухляди - відкривай двері з ванної кімнати - не самий зручний варіант. Із плюсів: розташування майже біля моря.

Parfait!

nous avons passé un sejour magnifique. L'appartement est trés bien situé, proche de 2 plages et de la ville de Collioure que l'on peut rejoindre à pieds sans problème (la voiture peut rester au garage) Il y a un Lidl à 50 mètres pour faire les courses. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement (huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre, epices, produit pour lave vaisselle etc...) ce qui est vraiment pratique. L'hote nous a tres bien accueilli et nous a donné pleins de conseils.

Vue sur Collioure avec la musique de la mer

Logement propre, lumineux, bien conçu. Excellent accueil de Remi que l'on a pourtant fait attendre. On profite de la vue sur Collioure et du bruit de la mer. On recommendera cet hébergement !

Wonderful stay, super location, great apartment

We spent 10 days in Joey in late August/September and could have easily spent another 10. The layout is really good and feels very spacious and the beach is just steps away. Parking is easy, we always found a space right outside. The whole apartment is recently updated, modern and is easy to keep clean (important with all the sand that comes in from the beach!). The kitchen was super, big and well equipped with new appliances. We ended up cooking almost every day and didn’t feel like anything was missing. The bathroom, although small, was very functional and the shower was super having both an overhead and handheld attachment. The bedroom has a US Queen size bed and a ceiling fan and chest of drawers. Hooks/pegs to hang up towels, swimsuits, and other beach items would be nice to add. This was second stay in Collioure (we were in Alosa 2 years ago). Remi was once again very helpful with suggestions of places to visit and activities to try. He knows so much about the area and encouraged us to do some things (like taking the tourist train) that we wouldn’t have done but were so glad that we did! Both Collioure and Port Vendres are interesting places to just sit and watch the people, the boats (amazing yachts dock in Port Vendres), have a drink and just soak up the atmosphere. We look forward to our return in the not too distant future.

Fantastic apartment. Wish we were there for longer

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We are glad that we stayed with you as the location was ideal....quiet, 2 mins to the beach yet only a 15 mins slow walk to central Collioure and less than 10 mins to Port-Vendres. Having private parking was essential which we had here. We stayed with our baby son and the apartment had everything we needed. Felt really homely and we hope to be back. Thanks Remi.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Das Appartment liegt super, vor allem der Blick vom Balkon auf Collioure ist zu jeder Tageszeit schön. Die Ausstattung ist funktionell und geschmackvoll, wir hatten den Eindruck, dass sich Remy viele Gedanken gemacht hat, wie er es seinen Gästen angenehm und schön machen kann. Das absolute Highlight sind die lustigen und funktionalen Standstühle, mit denen wir überall neidvolle Blicke auf uns gezogen haben.:-) Die Ausflugstipps Bund Restaurantempfehlungen haben auch genau unseren Geschmack getroffen. Eine wunderbare Woche!

You guys are a joy to have around. I know we will see you again. We have quite a bit of local knowledge and there is so much to do and see here. Historical visits, boat trips, foodie secret places etc. and we are happy to make recommendations of what to do and where to go. Kerstin even sent an English translation of the review incase we needed it: "The apartment is perfectly located. Especially the view from the balcony towards Collioure is incredible. The equipment is functional and tasteful, we had the impression, that Remi has been thinking a lot about how to comfort his guests in the best way. Our personal highlights were the funny and useful deckchairs, which made everyone on the beach jealous:-).The hints regarding sightseeing and restaurants were very fitting and useful for us. What a wonderful week!"

Apartment ideal for Collioure & beach

The apartment had pretty views and was clean and well equipped. It's a stones throw away from a little beach and Collioure and Port Vendres are within walking distance. We had a friendly welcome from Remi who gave us good advice on places to visit. We would recommend this apartment as a good base to explore the local area.

The appartment was as advertised. Everything works. Great kitchen. Efficient bathroom with good shower. Wifi is essential to us It was xcellent. T V has several English channels. Remi is charming and extremelyhelpful. Walk along the ocean to Collioure is beautiful. Port Vendres is great for dining. We especially enjoyed Port Restaurant. Great fresh fish! Fantastic location and apartment

Loved the place. Super clean and airy. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Lovely view of the sea and 2 mins from the beach. Supermarket is literally 5 mins away and 10 mins walk to Collioure with fab restaurants, shops and seafront for sailing and paddleboarding. Good to have parking, too for longer trips to the mountains.

Thank you guys for the review. I know we spent quite a bit of time talking about food and cooking. We are very lucky in this area to have the influence of French, Spanish and Catalan cuisines, all joined together through the Mediterranean flavours. Appartement très agréable, offrant de belles prestations; accueil chaleureux par Rémy, qui donne des infos utiles pour organiser le séjour. Situation idéale pour profiter de la Côte Vermeille en oubliant sa voiture. Beautiful apartment!

Apartment is in a excellent location , right next to the beach and with a great supermarket only 5 mins walk away. Collioure and Port Vendre within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, immaculately clean and with all the amenities you could need provided. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to deal with - we were delayed arriving and he went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed to settle in . Would definitely recommend apartment and area and plan to return in the future.

Hello, bonjour and welcome! I grew up in Lancashire, UK and spent much of my adult life living in different countries around the world finally settling in the South of France in 2012. I am also a keen traveller and take every opportunity I get to explore new places. I spend time with each of my clients when they arrive to help them plan what to do during their stay. This way they get the most out of their time here.

I work hard to make sure the whole experience is as good as possible. From the initial enquiry to the return home.

Why they chose this property

PARKING! Anyone who has been to Collioure before will understand why this is so important. Each apartment has a place in the secure carpark.

Many people book to stay in the town centre only to learn that they need to park their car 20 minutes away. This is not so convenient for unloading shopping, kids or luggage.

There are 2 beaches in the residence and within 10 - 20 minutes walk you can be in Collioure or Port-Vendres. There is alo a supermarket within 3 minutes walk.

What makes this property unique

If I were to advise travellers here are a few things I would suggest:

Decide what is really important for you during your stay and contact the property manager to make sure that it is available. Remember, the property is only a part of the holiday experince and ask about other aspects. Feel free to call me or email, I don't bite.

Check the photos of the property and read the description properly.

Take advice from the property manager on what to do in the area. We have loads of local knowledge that can't be found on the internet.

TRAVEL INSURANCE, make sure you have it! Many things can go wrong, from illness to your holiday being cancelled. While these things are rare they could happen. At least this way you will be covered.

Try and be on time. I know from personal experience that delays are inevitable at sometimes, but please don't forget that there is someone who is waiting for you on your arrival.

Finally, if something isn't right during your stay, let the manager know while you are there. There really is nothing that can be done to improve your holiday once you have left.
