Well-located holiday cottage with sea views from the plot a short distance from the sea and beach. The house was built in 1966 and had an addition and was renovated in 2011. The house now has an open concept living room and kitchen, activity room with table football, exercise bike, three bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool and both a covered and open terrace. The furnishings are tasteful and modern in the famous Danish cottage style. The owner has placed great emphasis on functionality and comfort making a stay in the house associate with well-being and relaxation. The new activity room will no doubt be used extensively. The plot is a hilly plot with good sheltered spots. From the plot you can both see and hear the ocean.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
