We stayed here for the weekend. Very comfortable and not far from thornham and Hunstanton. Well equipped with everything you need. Plenty of room to spread out.
Only concern was running out of hot water once or twice when we all had showers but other than that really enjoyed it and would definitely like to come back again.

Last minute weekend
Well booked for a precarious ( at these times ) gathering of freinds and dogs .
What a great choice it was.
Comfy , spacious warm and cosy .
Private and super secure dog freindly garden
Set in a quiet culdesac a short stroll down the lane to boardwalk and on down to brancaster beach. .
Pubs an easy walk and quality supplies a few minutes drive .
Should really say it was rubbish to avoid lots people booking it up when I want to go .
But I cant its great!

Great Holiday Home - but shame about the house-keeping issues
We stayed from the 8th October to 15th October.
Overall the stay at Greyseals was great - good location, good weather, lovely property to spend a week in and enjoy the North Norfolk coast with ones family.
The only downside were some minor house-keeping issues:
Smelly kitchen bin on arrival, flies when upstairs windows were first opened on arrival.
Dirty saucepans which had not been properly cleaned.
I wish detergent and bin bags were available on arrival - we purchased some on first day.
I would not hesitate to stop at Greyseals again - Thank you

A lovely family holiday
Greyseals was a great house for our holiday. We had plenty of room for four adults and four children. It was very well equipped and attractively furnished. The beach was only 5 minutes away and was well served by toilet facilities and a reasonably priced food kiosk. Brancaster was a good centre for visiting other places like Pensthorpe Natural Park, Wells, Hunstanton and Holkham Hall. We didn’t have the good weather but enjoyed our stay very much.

Would definitely go again!
What a fantastic time we had at Greyseals, lovely break just after New Year. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, like home from home, which is so important to us and very, very well equipped. The property has a real family feel to it. We loved the little personal touches too, like the Christmas tree and the mince pies, so nice. The location is great and the area itself very quiet.
