Spacious, ground floor accommodation, part of a converted 19th Century Sussex flint Barn, formally milking sheds!
Located just under a mile from historic Arundel town centre, with private use of new indoor swimming pool and sauna. Arrangements made to suit the time you'd like to use the pool.
Private garden area and private, free onsite parking.

The main living area has beamed vaulted ceiling, underfloor heating and wooden floors. New designer kitchen with induction hob, granite worktops, full size dishwasher, and Bosch ovens. Bar area with stools, and extendable dining table, with seating for 12. The pool is new with bifold doors and is separately accessed so can be securely locked for safety.
Sleeping arrangements, sleeps up to 14 plus room plus z beds if required. Five large bedrooms, four bathrooms. Two bedrooms have extra single beds, three superking/twin. All of the double beds can be superking or twin bed options. Two of the bedrooms are across the courtyard from Brooklands Cottage. There is also an additional studio room with kitchen area and double bed for additional 2 people.

There is ample private parking for 12 cars.

Families: Our accommodation is very suitable for children of all ages. With the use of the indoor heated pool, gardens and plenty of space.

Please note: no pets allowed.

Corporate Business/ Retreats: The main lounge area works well for retreats for up to 10 yoga mats. We have the facility to provide extra chairs for business meetings, presentations etc. if required.
