Very comfortable and well appointed. Super location for the visits to childhood haunts that we wanted to make. Local food outlets we used were very acceptable and welcoming

We were very impressed with the comfort and hospitality the house and the owner had to offer. We really enjoyed our stay in a very clean, neat and spacious house and garden and we would be more than happy to come back in the future.
Enjoyed our stay. Sonia very friendly and welcoming. Convenient for National Botanic Gardens and Aberglasney . Countryside was lovely, we saw red kites and rabbits in the farm land behind the house. Would definitely recommend this property.

What a wonderful week we had in Camarthen with our three little girls! The property is extremely comfy and well kept with everything we could have needed inc large two en suite bedrooms, a wonderfully spacious living room, well equipped kitchen and last but not least a large, gorgeous garden for the kids to let off their steam in (with scenic views as a lovely bonus!) Sonia was most helpful if we ever needed anything and she made us feel truly at home.
The area is also fabulous for day trips, with numerous local beaches, country parks and more. Tesco extra also only a 10/15 mins drive away.
In short, we cannot fault the property in any way and we'd love to come back to stay in the near future!
Thank you Sonia!

Thankyou for your lovely review of my property. It was a pleasure having you stay and it always makes me happy that people have had a good time.
Sonia
Great communication from Sonia from the very start and a very warm welcome on arrival. It was lovely to have milk and cake waiting so we could have a cuppa and a Welsh cake after our journey before unpacking.
The annex was so clean and we were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked it was. Anything we may have forgotten seemed to be to hand.
There was plenty of room but we spent most of our time outside or in the kitchen/diner. The beds were very comfortable and having more than 1 bathroom very convenient. We felt like it was our home for the week we were there. Knowing Sonia was on hand if we needed her was important but she left us to ourselves.
The views across the valley transfixed us all and Red Kite spotting every evening sat in the garden was amazing.
The pub , just a 5 minute slow walk up the road, gave us a very warm welcome with great food and had its own micro brewery.
The house is just 2 minutes from the A48 meaning all activities (golf, beach, botanical gardens and towns) were within easy reach.
We had a great stay (2 couples) and will be trying to book a return.
Thanks Sonia for looking after us so well.

Thankyou you so much for your amazing review of the annexe Sharon. I’m just so glad you enjoyed your week here as much as you said in your kind comments. It gives me so much pleasure to know I’ve helped give you an enjoyable holiday. Also a big thankyou for leaving the house in such a clean and tidy condition. I look forward to welcoming you here again any time you might decide to pay another visit.
Sonia.
We chose this specifically to visit the National Botanic Gardens, for which it was perfect. Found it has lovely views across farmland, and a nearby pub and local shop. Property in excellent condition and lovely warm welcome from the hosts, not to mention a generous and very helpful welcome pack
A spacious and comfortable property. It exceeded our expectations. Sonia was an excellent host and the generous welcome pack was much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and would return without hesitation if we are ever visiting the area again.
Just returned home and wanted to just say that we had a wonderful time. Weather was against us but this didn’t really matter. The house is huge, as well as cozy. Everything and more. Sky and Netflix on the tv, WiFi, and the welcome pack was lovely. You can really tell love and attention has gone into making the house pretty much perfect. White hart pub up the road is great as well. Thank you Sonia for a great time.

Aaw thankyou both for your fabulous review on the annexe. I really appreciate that, and thankyou for leaving the place spotless, especially with two teenage sons. It was an absolute pleasure having you stay here.
Property is in a beautiful location looking across the Towy Valley towards the Black mountains. Easy access to Carmarthen 6 miles away and ideally placed to explore the western and eastern coastlines. Had a good meal at each of the 2 pubs which are in easy walking distance. Property is spacious and well maintained. Could do with a little more cutlery, but otherwise have no complaints.
Palatial, spotlessly clean, everything as promised.
Everything as advertised. Sonia was a delightful host, who made us feel very welcome.
One suggestion I should make to make life easier for anyone booking this property : include the post code. We had an awful time finding the right house, and had to ask at the pub !

Sonia was an excellent host and the welcome pack was a nice touch. The accommodation was spacious and very clean and ideal for our family. Would definitely recommend.
We had a wonderful few days at the house which has a peaceful location with a couple of great village pubs. The rooms are all huge and the kitchen well equipped. Also very useful having two ensuite bathrooms and a ground floor cloakroom for our family. We stayed here as a base to explore the Gower and Pembrokeshire coast as well as some local sightseeing. Highly recommend.
A wonderful property, very spacious and a bathroom each for the 2 bedrooms. The property was clean and fragrant with country views and great sunsets.
The kitchen was well equipped although we didn't need to use much.
Location was great, just off the A48 with easy access to Llanelli and Carmarthen and a wee bit longer to Tenby.
The hosts were great with information on the area. Off road parking.
Would definitely recommend.

Recently returned home after a short break away. Anex was spacious and very clean with wonderful countryside views. Coffee, bread and milk etc on our arrival, which was a lovely touch. Owners of the property were very welcoming and happy to help. Thanks Paul for helping with the ramp to get our son's wheelchair into the house. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay, for a family of 4, looking to explore the beautiful sites of West Wales.

Thankyou for your lovely review Gemma, glad you enjoyed, even if it was a short break.
Was welcomed on arrival by Sonia and Paul, who after introducing us to the property, then left us to our own devices while still making themselves available if we needed anything. The annexe itself is wonderfully spacious, comfortable with all mod cons, large kitchen/diner that contains everything needed. A beautiful garden with magnificent views makes a stay here so worthwhile, and Sonia also provided a welcome basket of goodies as well as basic provisions of bread, milk, butter etc... that saves an immediate trip to the shops. The village is idyllic, just a mile from the main A roads yet you rarely hear any traffic, also a handy base to visit much of the surrounding areas and has fantastic pubs at either end serving excellent food. Throw in the heatwave while we was there and we feel so fortunate to have enjoyed such a fantastic break. Many many thanks to our lovely hosts, it really was a perfect stay.
