The apartment is located in Fontebuona, in a small and characteristic town, along the Bolognese road that connects Florence with Mugello.
The house has a separate entrance. Kitchen, living room, dining room with a sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. To access from the living room to the double room there are two steps.
The room is prepared with double bed, for the other two guests a sofa bed (mattress 140x200) will be available.
There is also a terrace. where to eat.
The apartment is equipped with TV via internet, wi-fi, washing machine, together with an iron; Bedding (sheets, towels) is included in the price.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 in questo appartamento eccezionale e molto bello, veramente una sorpresa. Molto pulito e profumato. Biancheria di prima qualità e pulita. Roberto ci ha accolto e fatto sentire a casa fin da subito. Non abbiamo riscontrato nessun problema.

Mugello relax

Il sig. Roberto è una persona vermante squisita, la casa dove siamo stati suoi ospiti è confortevole oltre ad essere un pezzo di storia locale. Sicuramente per un periodo di relax è la scelta ottimale, in 20 minuti si è a Firenze.

Splendida è strategica fuori dal caos e vicina alla città di Firenze

Proprietari squisiti e disponibilissimi casa caratteristica con archi in mattoni e soffitto con legno tutto a vista spaziosa e funzionale. Il bello di essere a 20 minuti da Firenze senza il brutto del caos e dell afa. A metà strada tra il capoluogo Toscano ed il bellissimo lago di Bilancino. Consigliata tornerò di sicuro, citazione particolare sui proprietari squisiti e disponibili senza essere oppressisivi presenza discreta e alla necessità TOP!
