We loved our stay. 4 adults and 2 small children. The beds were comfy, house was bright and clean. Friendly quiet neighborhood near enough to the beachfront to walk, and we walked to the Madison Beach Hotel. Front porch was a favorite hangout for everyone, and the street was quiet enough for a 3 year old to ride his bike around. Having adult bikes supplied by the host made it perfect.The kitchen is well stocked and has modern appliances. All around a great stay. Highly recommend!

Great two weeks in Madison

This property is well located and very much as advertised. The house is well stocked and very comfortable. The owners made check-in and communication very easy. The bedrooms and particularly the bathroom upstairs could use some upgrading, but the house is on a quiet street and we were very comfortable.

Great time at Courtside

My family had a lovely time at Dan and Annette's property. Our favorite parts were the enormous master bedroom with sitting area and the screened in porch. Of course we also appreciated the proximity to the beach and ocean walks. Beautiful town and excellent communication with the hosts. Thank you for everything!

plenty of room

We had a great time at this rental. The air conditioning in the three rooms was excellent although it could be improved upon in the 2nd bedroom. The washing machine and dryer were really terrific as well as all the appliances. My only complaint was no cable TV and no coffeepot. Dan was always available and very helpful.

Thanks for the kind words! Glad you enjoyed your stay. We encourage all our guests to ask about any concerns or issues - we always do our best to find a solution. The coffee pot is in the cabinet by the oven. The AC in the second bedroom is a window unit, it is working great as I write this. The TV's have ROKU and offer Netflix, Hulu and HboGo. Happy to provide cable channels via Hulu for a small extra charge. Thanks again for staying with us and hope to see you again.
