Located half an hour (20 km) from airport or harbour Olbia and a little less than 10 km to the artistic village San Pantaleo with bars, restaurants, pharmacy, post office, a small supermarket etc. The closest bar and restaurant measures 9 km and 13 km to larger supermarkets. From the main road a windy adventurous dirt road of 4 km leads through a wild reserve and brings you on top of a mountain for a breathtaking view, on a bright day even up to Corsica, perfect for a retreat to relax, recharge and regenerate.

Large luminous living with open kitchen, several terraces surrounding the property and 8 acres of land make it an ideal spot for people loving nature and privacy. A lovely hideaway to stay home after day excursions visiting towns and cultural sites, hiking and biking, boating, surfing or lounging at the sea. Beautiful beaches all within half an hour, the closest one at 16 km.
