DESCRIPTION: Ca'n Mesilla is a holiday cottage, just outside Santa Margalida, on a hillside, which gives it a view of the sea. This finca is built on a 14000m2 plot, where vegetables and fruit are still grown. The house has a living area of ​​about 200 m2 on two levels plus its terraces. In the groundfloor there is a large dining kitchen with microwave, gas cooker, fridge-freezer and all necessary small appliances. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The livingroom on the first floor is equipped with sofas, free wifi gratis and SAT-TV. To the finca belongs a cultivated garden with lawn and a private pool of 8,5x4,5m with sunloungers. There is also a brick barbecue on the terrace and a parking for 3 cars on the property

This may be not the quickest way but it is the easiest way to get there

1. Airport Son Sant Joan near Palma
You leave the airport Son Sant Joan and take the motorway in direction PALMA (Ma-19)

2. Near Palma - Via Cintura
After 5 km you reach the exit "VIA CINTURA". (Exit Nr. 3). Here you turn right to "VIA CINTURA" ("VIA CINTURA is the motorway surrounding Palma).

3. Exit to Inca
You drive about 3km on the "VIA CINTURA" until the exit INCA / PORT D'ALCUDIA. (Photo left).
From here you follow the motorway until the 2nd exit INCA (approx.25,6km). You are driving on the Ma-13

4. Leaving the motorway near Inca
At INCA take the exit MURO/LLUBI/SINEU. You now drive around the Hospital Comarcal.

5. To Santa Margalida
Follow the Ma-3440. After about 3,5km take the second exit at the roundabout, continueing to Santa Margalida as indicated (follow the road around LLUBI). At SANTA MARGALIDA take the second exit at the roundabout, and continue Ma-3410 for about 400m, then turn right and follow the road through the village until a roundabout

6. To the villa.....
At the roundabout take the third exit (direction SON SERRA/ARTA), then take the second street to the left and keep right. Follow the road uphill for about 800m. The villa is on your right hand side
