THE APARTMENT

The Madrid Plaza apartment is located in the very heart of Madrid, right next to Plaza Mayor, and is designed for a comfortable medium-term stay in the city.

This stunning apartment has been recently renovated while preserving the original features of the building, such as the wooden beams. Madrid Plaza is completely exterior-facing, offering views of Plaza de la Provincia and the Palacio de Santa Cruz.

Madrid Plaza is fully equipped to make your temporary stay in Madrid unforgettable. It features two bedrooms with two double beds, wardrobes, and a safe, one bathroom with a walk-in shower, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, ceramic cooktop, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and kitchen utensils.

The living room has a large sofa, perfect for enjoying a movie or TV series on the large flat-screen television.

Apartment amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels.

The building where the apartment is located has been completely renovated, but it does nothave an elevator, so access is via the staircase.

Get off at Solstation and walk to the provided address.

From Atocha Station:

Take Line 1 towards Pinar de Chamartín.

Get off at Solstation and walk to the provided address.

From Chamartín Station:

Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros.

Get off at Solstation and walk to the provided address.

Charming Madrid walk up

This walk up apartment was perfect. It was 6th floor walk up, but very worth it when you got to the top and saw the beautiful view. The place was clean and the location was perfect for seeing the sights. Jorge was there to meet us after our flight and helped carry our stuff up and have us Madrid info. I woujd definitely stay there again!

Great place

We had a great time staying at this apartment in Madrid. The place is very well located, a short and easy walk to many top sights including the Royal Palace and the Prado museum. The apartment has spectacular views and great light. One word of caution for people with bad knees and those who don’t travel light, it’s on the top floor (6th) of an old building — lots of character and no elevator. We loved it overall!

Great location

This property is right next to Plaza Mayor and is a great jumping off point to many of Madrid's must see locations, we walked to so many sites from the flat. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed. As mentioned in previous reviews be very mindful that there is no elevator, so you need to carry your items up and down many flights of stairs.

Great apartment for a stay in downtown Madrid ?? Just two small downsides: the place is much smaller and the ceilings much lower than shown in the pictures. Have in mind that it is a 6th floor with no elevator, and very steep stairs which are a little inconvenient if you have a lot of baggage of bad knees! The rest of things were great: comfy beds, kitchen well equipped, clean, amazing view, and the location can't be better!!

I would not recommend for people with mobility issues as the apartment is on the 6th floor with no lift , however we got used to this and was not an issue. This is the best apartment we have ever stayed in and have visited over a dozen European cities in the last ten years.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Madrid et étions très heureux de retrouver ce bel appartement où nous étions parfaitement bien installés. Seuls quelques petites choses manquaient : des torchons pour la vaisselle, un rouleau de papier absorbant et la possibilité de fermer les stores. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter.
