The house is located in the village of Torre di Palme in Fermo in the Marche.
Well furnished, very nice, ideal for summer or annual stays. There is no condominium. Independent heating and air conditioning present.
Entrance / living room / kitchenette on the ground floor. Room and bathroom with window on the first floor. Independent entrance. All renovated. Original terracotta floor.
The cottage is located near the free parking lot of the village and the magnificent terrace overlooking the sea. Nearby also bars, restaurants and pizzeria
