MODERN VILLA, JUST 6 MINUTES DRIVING DISTANCE FROM THE CENTRE OF MORAIRA AND IT’S BEAUTIFUL BEACHES.



Solhabitat Infinity Moraira is located just 6 minutes away by car from the centre of Moraira, a charming town with fantastic beaches and a wide range of restaurants and leisure activities.



This modern villa with 4 bedrooms and a capacity for 8 people has a large terrace with private swimming pool from where you get a spectacular view of the valley of Moraira with the sea line in the background.



It’s distributed on 2 floors but aside from this, it has another additional independent lower floor.



On the main floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining room, two bright bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Bedroom # 1 has a double bed and direct access to the pool. Bedroom # 2 has two single beds and nice views of the garden. Both are equipped with built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and shared bathroom #1.



On the first floor, there is an en suite bedroom # 3 with air conditioning and its own relaxation area on the balcony. It’s a spacious bedroom with a double bed that has an equally large balcony.



Independently, there is suite/bedroom #4 that can be accessed descending the stairs next to the pool. It’s a bedroom with a private hall and bathroom. It’s very well decorated and it also has a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning. This is the only bedroom that doesn´t offer a view.



Outside this incredible house, we can find a glazed covered terrace with a large dining room, an uncovered terrace with a private swimming pool, an outside bathroom#5 with toilet and shower, a barbecue and comfortable loungers to enjoy the sun.



The house also has WI-FI and a parking area for 2 cars.



IMPORTANT

Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed, unless they are accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not met, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.

No pets of any kind are permitted. We are sorry.

Mass gatherings are not allowed. Only visits from friends and family are permitted. Overnight stays in the home are not allowed to exceed its capacity.

Smoking and lighting candles inside the home are prohibited.
