Beautiful apartment in an apartment building, on the third floor without elevator.
It is composed of a large living room, an open kitchen, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. It is air conditioned.
The beach is about 1000m via San Miguel Street (large pedestrian street with lots of shops and restaurants).
There is no private parking.
All amenities are within walking distance (shops, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant etc ...) as well as Aqualand and other amusement park.
Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Departures before 11am.
Possibility of loan of baby bed and booster as well as a bed barrier for children.

Value for money

The staying was alright and it was cheaper then everywhere else. I wont recommend for families with people in need as its very hard to find car parking and the building has no lift. Pros:location and price ConsThe fridge could cool better and the aircon system is tricky

fantástica estancia

Es un piso que esta muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos de la plaza de la Nogalera. El apartamento es muy funcional y está bien equipado. Muchas cosas positivas como el trato, la limpieza, la hospitalidad y si tengo que decir algo negativo fue que algún mobiliario está algo antiguo, como mesillas y cama o el sofá. Pero de las 5 estrellas le doy un 4 en general

El apartamento en general está bastante bien. La comunicación por chat bien a pesar de que la propietaria hablara solo francés, lo único que andando de la playa el viaje se hace largo

Todo fue muy bien. El apartamento estaba cerca de la estación de tren, a unos 10 minutos caminando. Tenía todo lo necesario, estaba limpio y el contacto con Nadine fue bueno y atendió todas nuestras peticiones. Si hay algo que creemos que podría mejorarse es que hubiese disponible una segunda copia de las llaves, especialmente ya que al ser un apartamento donde caben hasta cuatro personas, se hace complicado gestionarse con un único juego de llaves.

15 Minuten zum Strand 8 Minuten zum Bahnhof

Der Kontakt war gut, Checkin war kontaktfrei und unkompliziert, Klimaanlage ist im Wohnzimmer / Küche (ein großer Raum). 8 Minuten zu Fuß von dem Bahnhof entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt in einem älteren einfachen Viertel mit vielen kleinen kleinen Geschäftenin der Nähe. Ein kostenloser Brunnen ist ums Eck. Es gibt ein Kinderzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und ein Elternschlafzimmer mit einem großen Bett, beide Zimmer mit Ventilatoren. Ich war zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Für den Preis ein sehr gutes Angebot.

Apartamento a cerca de 1,5km da praia onde no regresso têm que se subir diversas escadas. Na minha opinião falta Ar condicionado nos quartos, o da sala não é suficiente. Bairrro com bastantes moradores com cães, onde o cheiro e a limpeza se torna um pouco incómodo. De resto muito bom, principalmente o contacto com a proprietária, apesar de ter sido por email.

Enkel , prisvärd apartman. Det fanns många fläktar och en väl fungerande AC i vardagsrummet. Trevlig området med många restauranger och små butiker. Ganska nära stranden , cirka 15 minuter promenad. Vi tyckte om apartmant. Apartment var rent. Tack Nadine , vi hade en trevlig vistelse i din lägenhet.

Critica constructiva

Puntos positivos: zona popular con bastantes negocios, supermercados ,bancos, centros médicos cercanos y alrededores, aparcamiento fácil, playa a 25 Minutos a pie. Entrega de llaves y comunicación con el propietario excelente. Puntos negativos: el piso necesita una mejora significativa, la potencia de electricidad es la mínima contratada, saltan los diferenciales a cada rato, tenias que apagar el aire acondicionado para poder utilizar la cocina eléctrica o el horno microondas o si querías utilizar la plancha tenias que estas pendiente de apagar la lavadora u otro electrodoméstico. * La salida del agua del aire acondicionado estaba en una botella de agua y se llenaba a la hora , tenia que estar pendiente que se no se llenase sino se mojaba todo el suelo, al final me toco poner el cubo de la fregona pero aun asi tenia que estar pendiente. La nevera no enfría, casi todo tenia que ponerlo en el congelador. Las habitaciones tienen unas persianas de madera antiguar que intento subirla para que corra un poco el aire pero solo esta sujeto con unas cuerdas viejas y en mal estado que se rompen fácilmente , al final lo deje como estaba sin tocarlo. No habían sabanas suficientes. La limpieza que se paga en el precio no justifica realmente como lo encontré.

Bonjour Jujhar, Sur le fait que je ne réponde pas au téléphone je suis désolé mais j'étais au travail et dès que j'ai vu que vous aviez appelé on vous à rappelé. En suite vous dites que vous avez jamais vu un appartement aussi sale(en effet il y avait un peu de poussière dû au travaux effectué par le voisin du dessous et je m'en suis excusé)est ce que vous avez regardé dans quel état vous l'avez laissé en partant, la vaisselle sale dans l'évier ,deux grands sac poubelle plein dans la cuisine, table de la salle à manger et du salon avec miettes, chips traces de verre et le sol je n'en parle pas je pense que vous n'avez pas passé le balet un seule fois durant votre séjour. L'appartement était dans un tel désordre que vous en avez oublié des vêtements. Cordialement. Nadine

I went there with my family for one night and we found the house tidy, comfortable and well equipped. Two bedrooms plus a living room already equipped with a sofa bed. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and entertain. The location of the apartment is good but not very close to the beach - 15~20 min walk. Few steps--well more than a hundred :)-- you have amazing restaurants, shopping and all the festivities. We were able to walk everywhere. The furniture isn't new and the area is a bit noisy and car parking, although free, yet the area is crowded and sometimes it's hard to park. All in all, we enjoyed our 7 days stay and would love to do it again.
