Two bedroom house with heated indoor pool nestled on a 10,000 m2 white grape farm.







Part of the grape is used to produce the prestigious wine “Vino Testamento Blanco” awarded as the best White Wine 2016-2017







Located in the municipality of Arico, to the south of Tenerife.







The farm is very close to the Caserío de Icor, a group of tile and stone houses from the 18th century, typical traditional Canarian architecture considered as a Cultural Property.







Arico is a land characterized both by being an area of ravines ideal for climbing and by its cropping, mostly potatoes and wine grapes.







The Arico goat cheese has also international prestige.

Apart from the pool, everything else was fine.Anybody else thinking of staying should realise it is quite remote- not to everybody’s liking.

Schöne Finca mit Meerblick

Sehr ruhig gelegene Finca, weit entfernt von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Auto unbedingt erforderlich. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Badezimmer allerdings riecht unangenehm und der eigentlich beheizte Pool war nicht beheizt und wurde in der Woche unseres Aufenthaltes nicht umgewälzt, bzw. gefiltert. So sah das Poolwasser etwas trübe und nicht sehr einladend aus. Mangels Beheizung war es auch recht kalt. Die Finca selbst bietet keine Heizmöglichkeiten, was bei Aufenthalten im Winter Abends und Morgens nur mit dicker Kleidung und Decken (die sind vorhanden) zu ertragen ist. Die Küche ist gut bestückt mit 2-Platten Herd, Backofen und Mikrowelle. Essig, Öl, Zucker, Salz und jeder Menge weiterer Gewürze waren als wir ankamen erfreulicherweise bereits vorhanden ebenso wie Instantkaffee und Tee . Sogar einige Spülmaschinentabs gab es... Grosse Terasse mit Liegeflächen und Grillplatz, Sonnenschirm und einer Markise, falls man Schatten benötigt. Alles in Allem Empfehlenswert, jedoch sei auch zu erwähnen, dass die Geräusche der in Sichweite befindlichen Windgeneratoren gut hörbar sind.

A great, secluded getaway

Looked exactly like the pictures. Includes pretty much everything, including dishwasher and washing machine and everything needed to use them. Noise from the nearby wind turbine farm was rarely audible and never intrusive. We never used the pool as it was too cold for us, but we like warmer than most; others have been happy in that respect. We would definitely stay again.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Ganz in ruhe auf der Finka, viel Platz um einen herum. Geheitzter Pool!!!! Warnsinniger Ausblick beim Sonnenaufgang mit blick auf Gran Canaria. Groß genug, Kinder (Kleinkinder) gerecht und sicher. Mietwagen ist ein Muss und gute Fahrkenntnisse. Modern ausgestattet mit gutem Wlan, Chromecast und SmartTV 3 TVs in allen Zimmern. Küche hat leider nur 2 Herdplatten aber wir waren fast immer essen, daher ok. Mrs Sofia ist sehr nett und kümmert sich toll um alles!s
