Swallows Barn is a stunning semi-detached barn conversion located near the vibrant town of Brixham in the rural Devon countryside. It can sleep six people very comfortably in three luxurious bedrooms three deluxe en-suite bathrooms. There is open-plan living downstairs with a spacious kitchen, dining and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is a shared garden and summer house. Swallows Barn is a beautiful cottage, the ideal location to escape to in the English Riviera. Please note: One well behaved dog welcome, and a £70 supplement per week is payable
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer. TV, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and possibly a stair gate. One well behaved dog welcome at a charge of £70 per week. . Sorry, no smoking. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Pub and shop 1.4 miles. Shared garden and summer house. Note: shared with Swift Barn

Brixham is the ideal destination for a traditional holiday with many family attractions around Torbay including two Blue Flag beaches, Paignton Zoo and many regattas and maritime events throughout the year. There are a host of safe cycle trails in the area, the South West Coastal Path and some of the best golf courses in the region.
