This apartment is located in the heart of Saint Germain des Prés, rue Saint André des Arts, between the Sorbonne and the river Seine. It is located on the 1st floor, its windows have double glazing and is fully equipped with chevron parquet.

Composed of: an entrance, a living room (with 2 double-glazed windows), a kitchen equipped with a dining table for six people, two bedrooms with storage and two bathrooms (including 2 toilets).

The living room has a large sofa, two armchairs, a table, a television (including international channels) and a telephone (free calls on fixed and portable especially in the US, Canada, China, and more of 100 countries on fixed lines).

The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped: microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, dishwasher ...

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, two lamps and bedside tables, a window overlooking the inner courtyard and large storage cupboards.
In continuity, is the first bathroom with bathtub, double sink, and toilet.

The second bedroom has two single beds (repositionnable as a double bed), lamps and bedside table and window.
The second bathroom consists of a large Italian-style shower, a sink, a heated towel rail and a toilet.

The apartment has an unlimited high speed internet connection.

Two guides are available: one to help use the equipment of the apartment and a second with information on the neighborhood (supermarkets, bakeries ...).

This apartment is in the middle of the action in Saint-Germain-des-Pres yet it was so quiet once we closed the windows. We appreciated having a small kitchen for breakfast and coffee and comfortable bedrooms when we came back each night.

Roomy apartment in a great location!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for our family of four. It's right in the heart of the Latin Quarter, so lots of shops and restaurants within steps. There is an Irish pub directly below the apartment, so you should be aware of that, which is only an issue if the windows are open. We loved that there were two full bathrooms. And the beds were very comfortable. There is also a washer/dryer right in the apartment.

Perfection All Around

This property was a great fit for our family of 4 (mom, dad, and 2 teenagers). The location was ideal; close to everything you could want or need and a rental bike kiosk right out the front door. The listing was spot on in its description of the property and it was just as clean as it looks in the pictures. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus and greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone we know who is looking to stay in Paris.

We loved the apartment! It was in a perfect location for us with restaurants close by and short walking distance to Notre Dame and many other places. The beds were comfortable and it was neat and clean. The rental company was easy to work with, very professional and responsive. We would definitely stay there again. The only possible negative is the lack of A/C but it was not an issue for us because the weather was mild...they do have fans and you can open the windows for airflow.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. The location was excellent, although it is a little noisy in the evenings with the many bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. It was very hot in Paris during our stay. The fans kept the apartment cool enough for us to relax and sleep. I would recommend this apartment to freinds and family.

Fabulous apartment near Blvd Saint-Germain

I only have great things to say about this fabulous apartment within walking distance to all the attractions of Boulevard Saint-Germain. My wife and I had a great week stay here. The apartment was clean and in person looked just like it did in the photographs. The building is easy to access and it’s very close to many excellent restaurants and shopping. Also, walking distance to other great attractions, such as the Louvre and Eiffel tower. The management team is very professional. I would highly recommend this apartment. Hope to be back again.

We were met by Alejandro who was friendly in spite of the fact that our plane was late, i called him late and it was raining! He showed us around the apartment and was very helpful explaining how everything worked etc. The apartment is exactly as the photos in the advertising. Modern, clean with great appliances, beds were very comfortable. The location is fabulous! Plenty of restaurants, bars and creperies nearby. Only a short walk to the Metro and taxis are frequent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment, Glamaparis and Stayz to anyone coming to stay in Paris. We loved it!!

Left Bank Apartment

We had a good stay, and the apartment was fine. However, for the first three days of our two-week stay, construction took place in the building’s courtyard right outside our windows and we had not been told about that beforehand. To leave the building, we had to cross the construction zone, which could have led to accidents but luckily, did not. Also, outside the apartment’s living room windows lay a building rooftop that contained debris. On the positive side, the rental agent, Adrian, was great. the problem.

A great apartment close to everything!

My family of 3 stayed in this apartment for a week while vacationing in Paris in July and I would highly recommend it. The 2 bedrooms were very good sizes and the bathrooms were well kept and modern. The bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom is smaller than the bathroom by the 2nd bedroom but was not an issue for us. The listing stated that the apartment was very central to many things and this was very true! The Louvre was a 10 minute walk, as was Notre Dame and many other great sites. We like to walk so only bought a 10-trip Navigo metro card for each of us for our whole week. It is also very close to multiple metro lines. many restaurants, and shops of all kind! One amenity in the apartment that was particularly great were the hand and bath towels - they were thick and plush like you would find in a higher end hotel! Being close to everything includes wonderful places to get fresh baked croissant or pain au chocolat. I recommend Liberte which is a 3 minute walk on the same street as the apartment. But go early:) Finally, the whole team from Glama Paris were fabulous to deal with - Laure Anne and Cyreille who checked us in, and Karim, the driver we hired through Glama Paris who picked us up from CDG. All in all, I would highly recommend this apartment and their team for your visit to Paris!

Great location, lovely apartment

This property was perfect for relaxing and exploring Paris. It was small, but it didn’t need to be bigger. The two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, were entered at opposite ends of the main living/dining/kitchen space. This was a perfect arrangement for 2 adult couples. We had enough separation for each couple to have privacy and comfort. The location is perfect, Odeon, a block away, has the 4 metro line which goes to Gare d’Est and Gare du Nord for trips to the champagne country, Strasborg or north to Brussels and the Eurostar to London. Odeon is also a stop for the 96 bus to Place Des Vosges, and buses stop at St Andre to go across to the right bank near the Louvre and Palais Royale. Of course, the neighborhood has so many good places to eat and shop you don’t really have to go any further…..this is a super spot and we had a lovely time. Thanks!

Excellent apartment in best location

We always love staying in this neighborhood. Very close to everything you need to explore all the sights, restaurants, and shopping while visiting Paris. It’s convenient to the market for all your supplies. Pharmacy around the corner does Covid testing for travel (there are testing sites all over the area). The apartment is very comfortable and our daughters had there own beds and bathroom. The management company is extremely responsive and helpful to whatever you need during your stay. Highly recommended.

Perfect Paris Stay!

The apartment is just as described & better! The location couldn’t be beat- in the heart of Saint Germaine - full of amazing restaurants, shops & bars! Check in was easy & communication fast. The best part of the apartment are the bathrooms - big & updated with plenty of towels. The beds were super comfortable too. There is a small market directly across the street for food, wine & extra paper goods. We would definitely stay here again & recommend to anyone wanting to stay in lively & fun neighborhood!

Two couples stayed here August 11 to 15, 2019. Apartment was exactly as pictured and we were quite comfortable...only one flight of stairs made us happy! The apartment was well-furnished . We actually enjoyed the jazz music played outside every night; did not affect sleep. Opened windows at night made for pleasant sleep without air-conditioning . Eating places everywhere. Definitely recommend!!
