The Villa features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms + 1 additional toilet. Large Terrace with a Private Pool. Fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV. Air-Con. Private Garage. Just step away you will find Shopping Center Siam Mall, Water Attractions Siam Park, restaurants, supermarkets, Bus Station. A nearby Bus stop offers direct connections to Los Cristianos, Fañabe, El Duque, Aqualand.

Maximum capacity- 7 adults + 2 Baby.

We charge a fee for a late check-in after 10PM on weekdays, weekends (holidays) -40€.

A late check-out comes with an additional charge.

Very nice but..

Overall a very nice flat and Sunny, the host, was very efficient and helpful. For us (2 persons), the flat had one negative, the road in front. It was quite busy 16-18 hrs/day and noisy given the road surface, etc. Beware light sleepers! Also, for the price and the word luxury in the titel, we expected a more. Lot's of little things: quality of linens and towels, selection of kitchen utensils and number of minor damages to decoration.

Thank you for your comments Stefan. Your booking was made in a busy period, in high season, when one can experience more traffic than usual on the whole island. Even though we are not located on the main road, there might be a couple of hours when roads get busier, but the rest of the time it is peaceful around here. Our linens and towels are frequently upgraded, and I wish you have mentioned that it was an issue at the time, so we could have provided you with an alternative, suitable to your needs. We believe we offer a luxurious experience for the price we charge comparing to other accommodations or hotels in Costa Adeje. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback.

A great apartment and a great host!

Communication with our host prior to arrival was very promptly and helpfully responded to, the check in/out procedure was very professional and the apartment was very well appointed, located and very clean. No hesitation in recommending!

The apartment was just like it said on the advertisement. It was clean and perfectly located

We were four retired people looking for a nice place to stay with a view of the ocean and near to the shops. This apartment gave us exactly what we wanted and more. Everything was provided including spare bedding and lots of towels. We cooked in the apartment every day and found that all of the equipment worked well. We even tuned the television into some English channels, which was a bonus for us all. Our four week stay was made even better by the kind support and friendship of the owner who looked after our every need. We will visit this property again.
