Just spent a great week in Destin. The beach view from this condo was the highlight—Gulf right off the balcony every morning and those sunsets at night. Clean, comfortable, and close to the sand. Host communicated everything so we had no problems whatsoever. We’d definitely stay again.

We had a problem with the fridge at the condo, and we were promptly offered another condo for our stay. Would definitely recommend!!!

Perfect Location!

We had an amazing time here! We stayed for 2 weeks and will definitely come back again! The bathroom is a little dated, but didn’t bother us a bit! Everything was so close and the view is breathtaking!!

Great Stay with Chihuahuas

The apartment was perfect and right on the beach. I called in beach in/beach out. It was a very short walk to the beach and easy to rent a chair. The owner answered the two times we called and was extremely nice and professional.

Perfect setting

The location of this property is perfect for those who want beachfront ambiance. The condo is older and need of some repair. The furniture and bed were comfortable. We were appreciative of the beach chair and umbrella.

Nice property

We really enjoyed our stay here. The deck with beach view is awesome. I love that dogs are allowed. The unit was spacious enough for 3 of us to stay. Plenty of dishes and stuff in the kitchen. Plenty of stores nearby. The pools were nice. I would definitely stay here again.

I chose to own a rental property in this area due to the fact that my whole family owns property here and it is centrally located for anything I can imagine. It is directly on the beach and in a gated community with several pools, tennis courts, golf course and restaurants.
