Great penthouse very bright equipped with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room with terrace with awnings, fully equipped kitchen. The HAB. main with a bed of 1.50 m., the secondary with a pull-out bed that is deployed in two beds of 0.90 m. Possibility of travel cot. Garage on the farm. It is located a step away from Muchavista beach and the promenade in the best and most beautiful area between El Campello-Playa San Juan.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a fantastic stay: Barbecue, stereo, Smart TV, DVD player and Wifi.

It consists of a terrace at the level of the house that overlooks the living room and another very large solarium type above. Both with sea views to enjoy unforgettable moments with family or friends. It also has a large parking space inside the community garage. Urbanization next to the beach not being necessary the car to reach everything that is needed: supermarkets, press, pharmacy, cocktail bars and restaurants. Very well connected by bus and tram with Alicante (center), Benidorm and Altea. You can go by AVE to Alicante and from there by Tram to the stop next to the apartment.
An excellent place to rest and enjoy in an exclusive and quiet urbanization. URB THE AZAHARES.

Great property

Perfect location for a quiet week on the beach (which is only a 2 minute walk away). Lots of good restaurants close by also. The apartment is fully stocked and has a great roof terrace to relax on.

Lovely apartment

The property is excellent and as described : the large roof space is a bonus and well fitted out. The location is perfect : very near the beach and with bars and restaurants within walking distance. The nearest Tram stop is five minutes walk away for trips to Alicante or to places in the direction of Benidorm.

It was a lovely apartment and especially loved the spacious roof terrace. The air con was very much needed and was excellent. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The apartment was in a nice area. Predominately Spanish but plenty of bars and restaurants within a very short walk. A couple of supermarkets again within a short walk. Good transport links with regular bus and trams to allow you to explore further. The large clean beach is literally a stones throw with optional sunbeds to rent. Large wide promenades to walk with plenty of bach bars. All in all we had an excellent holiday and would definitely book again if we come to this area. Consuelo the manager replied quickly to any messages sent and also checked in with us during our stay. Would recommend booking this apartment.

Lovely unit with attentive host

The unit was exactly as advertised, very clean and beds were comfortable. We appreciated Consuelo’s excellent communication and attention to detail. The condo was stocked with any supplies you could need and she provided waters and breakfast items which we greatly appreciated. Perfect place to stay

We simply loved the apartment! It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was especially well equipped compared to other vacation rentals. The apartment provided everything we needed. The huge sun terrace on the roof was pure luxury. The building felt safe. The location is perfect with the beach just one block away and the beautiful promenade by the sea for exercising. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. The area was peaceful at night.

Apartment was in excellent location very close 5 min walk to large supermarket and excellent fishmonger. The space is compact and clean, kitchen well stocked with plenty of nice wine glasses, cutlery/plates/glasses. Comfy beds. There is a great pizza restaurant one block away (Infragranti Pizza) and a Spanish one (Hexagon). Consuelo very quick to reply to any queries. Great roof terrace.

A great place to relax

In a quiet area, an apartment with amenities and beach, shops, home made food available nearby, connections by tram and bus between Alicante and Benidorm. The router's connection needs an update because the Wifi is sometimes really slow. Timo P.

Penthouse Alicante

We enjoyed a lovely week in Alicante this apartment. The apartment had all that we required for our stay, clean, very comfortable double bed and a great roof terrace that we spent a lot of time enjoying the views and the cloudless skies. We didn’t use the pool or garden but they looked clean and well maintained. Supermarket and restaurants within easy walk and fantastic beach literally 2mins walking at most. The correspondence with Consuelo the owner was always answered quickly and instructions were clear. Would definitely return one day👍

We enjoyed our stay - just across the road from the beach with long promenade - good supermarket within 5 minute walk - large roof terrace - small kitchen with all you need (oven - allow extra cooking time - not fan assisted) - good air con - hurried welcome not by owner maybe as flight delayed so arrived at lunchtime - building work next door - noisy on terrace and crane over us - blinds on balcony next to main bedroom noisy when windy so missed night sleep but WhatsApp instructions given to resolve - would be helpful to have information folder with local info/ emergency contact numbers - restaurants tend to close at 5.30pm so recommend main meal at lunchtime Overall - amazing area with loads of lovely long walks, tram into Alicante, beautiful sandy and safe beach -

Great apartment perfectly located

The apartment is ideally located just 100m from the beautiful beach of San Juan (you can see it from the balcony and roof terrace). It’s well-equipped and the roof terrace is wonderful! We had the pool to ourselves most of our holiday too. There is everything on hand for a perfect, relaxing holiday with plenty of restaurants nearby and two supermarkets just five minutes walk away. We didn’t bother hiring a car this holiday, as the tram stop is only a five-minute walk. In 20 minutes you’re in the centre of Alicante, which is a lovely, bustling city with an attractive old quarter with winding streets, lots of bars and restaurants and great shopping. We also visited Tabarca island on a boat from the marina. Our 20-year-old daughter and her friend also recommend the bars and clubs! A great place to stay. The owner, Consuelo, was attentive and helpful from our initial booking to leaving. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Stay

Our family stayed 11 nights in August 2024. The apartment is only 6mins from Carribiners Tram stop and 10mins from Costa Blanco and a 5min walk to a big Consum supermarket. It’s a 2min walk to a sandy beach which is huge with beach volleyball and football courts everywhere. 1 block away is Infraganti pizza which is one of the 50 best pizza restaurants outside of Italy is 1 block away and they have a gelato shop on next block if you have any space left after pizza. The development is small, with only about 12 apartments which meant we were quite often the only people in the nice size pooled which also had a toddlers pool attached. Due to the small size of the development there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. There apartment feels quite roomy for a 2bed as there is a terrace reached by stairs with tables, chairs, sunloungers and BBQ which is great early evening when the sun has started to set. I had to work a few half days and the wifi never let me down at any time we were there. Communication with Consuelo was always answered very quickly and Consuelo also messaged us a few times to check all ok. We would not hesitate to stay again.

La propriété est très bien située, á deux pas du meilleur secteur de la belle plage de Muchavista. Restaurants sympas sont très proches et l'arrêt de tram pour aller à Alicante est à 3 minutes.
