The walk to the centre of East Looe with its shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs is only five minutes, ten to the main beach. This area is open plan to the dining area with good size dining table and four chairs and the kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and cafetiere. Downstairs are the two bedrooms and good size family bathroom with bath and electric shower over.
