Great 3 bedroom detached villa with seaview, private swimming pool, internet and A/A in all rooms. In this prestigious area of Coveta Fuma you can relax and enjoy a wonderfull Holiday. The lower and roof terrace offer views to the Mediterranean and mountains.

The villa consists of 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin beds), 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), guest toilet, cosy lounge (Satellite T.V. - flatcreen t.v, all channels) with chimney and a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning throughout, BBQ, garage and garden.

The nearst tramstation is at only 3 minutes walk from the villa, the train goes along the whole coast from Denia to Alicante.

The local town centre is only a 3-minute drive away; where you will find secluded sandy coves, supermarket, local restaurants, playground for children, hairdresser, bars and also my office in case you need any help or friendly advice!!

Lovely villa with fantastic pool

The outside pool area was truly fantastic, it was the best feature of the villa. Also, tram station is only 2min walk from the villa and very convenient. You will need a car, no shops within walking distance. In the kitchen, there is not a diswasher. Everything worked just fine, air condition, showers etc. En suite bathroom in the master bedroom was a bonus. All in all, I would defenately come back to this property. Cathy was very helpful and nice.

Pool will safe this property

Great location, pool amazing. Property very very dated. Mattresses very uncomfortable. Can feel springs poking through. House is not dirty but almost feels unclean as it’s so old. Electric sockets in main bedroom fitted behind bed frame so could not use with European adapter! Could definitely do with new furniture and linens. Pool area is why this property is great for a family holiday.

As soon as the door to the villa was opened, my husband and I were hit by an awful musty, damp odour, compounded further by the dishwasher being filled with the crockery of the previous guests which gave off a smell of rotting cheese. Yuck!!This was the most expensive villa we have stayed in and our least favourite. The kitchen was modern and well-equipped but the bedrooms were very dated, with saggy mattresses and basic beds. We had to move mattresses around to find 2 (from 8) that were reasonably firm and comfortable. The bathrooms are also in need of refurbishment.We encountered various issues during our week. As an example, although the villa can accommodate 6 people, there were only 5 sunbeds, 2 of which were broken on our arrival and a leg snapped off the third when my husband (a slim man) sat on it. The hairdryer listed on the inventory was missing so I had to go out dressed for the evening with damp hair. I could go on ....

Heerlijke tijd gehad. Huis was van alles voorzien. Interieur wel een beetje gedateerd. Het zwembad was een fijne verfrissing en wordt goed onderhouden. De ligging is heel prive en uitzicht op de bergen een stukje zee. Mooie baai en de buurt. Auto is wel aan te raden.

Toffe vakantie

Typische Spaanse villa met alle noodzakelijke faciliteiten! Mooie buitenomgeving maar wat meer schaduwplekken aan het zwembad zou welkom geweest zijn! De nabijheid van een tramhalte is een sterk pluspunt!
