About this property

2 bed penthouse, near beach, pool facing balcony, WiFi, air con, roof terrace.

Perfect for couples, single travellers & ideal for families looking for a quieter, more peaceful and relaxed holiday location.

Our apartment is only a 10-15 minute stroll to the sandy shores of the Mar Menor and a few steps to swimming pools and well maintained gardens. Abril 12 is part of a small, quiet and secure complex, with views of farmland and far off mountain range.

With free, unlimited Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout; the apartment has a wonderful large, private roof terrace, also a balcony, 2 bedrooms (sleeping 4), the main bedroom with a king-size bed, the second bedroom having 2 single beds, with mattress toppers for extra comfort. The bathroom includes a bath with shower and Egyptian cotton towels.

The main room in Abril 12 has a dining area with table and seating for 4, a sitting area which includes a comfortable large settee, arm chair, TV with plenty of British radio and television channels, also a DVD player with a varied selection of DVD's.

Our fully fitted kitchen comes with microwave, touch control ceramic hob, fan oven, fridge freezer, water filter for clean drinking water and a washing machine (washing tablets provided).

From the main room the patio doors lead to the balcony which overlooks the pools and gardens; with far reaching views this is a perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee; table and seating for up to 4, including a large pull out sun canopy, allowing a good level of shade to be enjoyed when needed.

Steps from the balcony lead up to a large private roof terrace, which enjoys the sun all day long, including a full length sun canopy, allowing shade when required. There are sunbeds and dining table with chairs to allow meals to be enjoyed on the terrace. This is an ideal place to enjoy the countryside and mountain views.

All windows and doors are fitted with fly / mosquito blinds, and all areas of the apartment, including the roof terrace are non-smoking.

To help make the most of the close by sandy beaches we provide a set of beach chairs, towels, cool bag with freezer blocks and a parasol, all complete with a small trolley to make it easy taking to and from the beach.

For those choosing to hire a car there is ample off road parking, directly outside the apartment complex. We have tried to include everything needed for a trip away, including iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

If you are interested in booking our apartment please include a short message telling us a bit about yourself and other guests on the booking, including where you are from and have you visited Los Alcázares before.

There is a €65 (Euros) cleaning charge (1 to 2 guests, single bedroom occupancy), €70 (3 to 4 guests, both bedrooms) and £150 breakage deposit.

When using air conditioning close all doors and windows, including bedroom doors. Turn air conditioning off whilst not at the apartment.
Wind sun canopies away at the end of each day and during bad weather. Don't close balcony door from outside, it will lock and you will be locked out.
Do not use hand or bath towels on roof terrace or the beach, beach towels are provided. No wet towels, swimwear etc on beds or furniture.

A gem of a place!
We have just returned from a short stay at this wonderful apartment and complex (& wished we could have stayed longer!). The apartment is bright, spacious and has everything you need (not to mention a huge roof terrace and a lovely little balcony to sit out on having a morning coffee). The complex is maintained beautifully with a fabulous large swimming pool (and smaller children's pool). Whilst the complex is situated in a quiet location the beach is only a 10 minute walk away (as is the supermarket, strip of great restaurants and bars) and there is a great restaurant (The Garden Bar & Grill) just across the road. The communication and information from the owners was excellent and they were also extremely accommodating and were able to give us an early check-in/late check-out. I would definitely recommend this apartment and if my family and I were in the area then we would have no hesitation in booking again!

Nice and clean apartment. The location is oke, about a km from beach and centre. The building from the apartment was nice, but at the time we were there, a little bit lost. Only a few apartments were rented. We had good contact witj the owners. In the apartment is a lot of information about the apartment and anout los alcazares.

Why they chose this property

After visiting Los Alcázares in 2017, we loved everything about the area . Our apartment is perfectly located on the outskirts of Los Alcázares, this creates a quiet and peaceful environment to relax in, but at the same time being less than half a mile from the beach and 10 to 15 minute walk from the town centre, where there is a good choice of bars, restaurants and attractions.

What makes this property unique
