Rivamare is a comfortable Loft Suite for 4 people, a beachfront property, a few steps from Ortigia (5 minutes walk), and the Greek Theater (10 minutes walk), near the city's only beach, several summer solariums and the cycle path where you can go running admiring the sea. Wake up and admire the sunrise on this sea

The accommodation

The interior:

The apartment has been carefully decorated, which makes the rooms warm and charming, consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen.
On the ground floor we find the living area, with a comfortable sofa and a smart TV that can connect to youtube or watch satellite channels and Netflix,
Espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, large fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, etc.
On the ground floor we find the first bedroom, with a 140 cm bed and a comfortable memory foam mattress and next to the room, next to the living room there is the first bathroom with double sink, rainfall shower and chromotherapy, washer-dryer.

Upstairs which are accessed via a spiral staircase, there is a double bedroom with a 160 cm bed with memory foam mattress, with en-suite bathroom with hydromassage shower. The room has a beautiful sea view on Ortigia.

It is forbidden to introduce animals.

Electricity, water and gas included in the price.

The house must be left tidy and clean and without rubbish, otherwise a penalty of 50 euros could be applied for cleaning costs.
