Newly built holiday home in beautiful, quiet and well maintained urbanization in Polop. The urbanization has 4 swimming pools, each with a children's pool, and a playground.
Not far from Altea (10 min), Albir (15 min), Benidorm (15 min), Calpe (30 min), Moraira (40 min), Benissa (40 min), Javea and Denia (50 min) with their beautiful sand - and cobbled beaches and many restaurants and shops. Altea with its beautiful church and cozy narrow streets in the old town.
Nice sea and mountain view from the terraces. Beautiful walks and bike rides can be made starting from the house. Many famous cyclist teams have their winter training here. A day trip to Alicante, Guadelest, Fonts de l'Algar, Javea, Denia, Calpe, Benissa and Moraira are definitely worth it!
The house has 2 bedrooms with each their en-suite bathroom and toilet, 1 with bath and 1 with shower.
All modern comfort is provided (TV, internet, free wifi, ...).
Polop is a beautiful mountain village. Not far away is Guadelest and Les Fonts d'Algar.
The amusement park, water park and zoo of Benidorm are nearby (15 min).

Remarkable stay!

We stayed there for 3 weeks and took it as a base for visiting Alicante area - Benidorm, Albir, Altea, Calpe, Denia, Alicante and others. The house has got anything you might need, was very quiet, with a swimming pool perfect for adults and kids just in front of the terrace. Internet worked very well. The hosts are really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Magnifique !

Tres jolie maison mitoyenne, très bien décorée et où il ne manque rien. La résidence est très calme, située pied d une montagne et en même temps pas loin de la mer. On n entend pas un bruit mis à part le chant des oiseaux. Tous les matins c était un bonheur d ouvrir les volets et d admirer le lever de soleil depuis le balcon de la chambre d où la vue sur la mer était superbe. Nous avons passé une super semaine sur la Costa Blanca.

Excelente adosado, con acceso directo (5 metros) a la piscina. Habitaciones amplias, bien equipadas y con baño propio. No está preparado para personas con dificultades de movilidad. Terraza amplia y bien equipada. Volveré.

Hidden little gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nadine's home. We were greeted at the arranged time and fell in love with the villa as soon as we arrived. It has excellent facilities, top quality washing machine and everything you would need for a self catering stay. The beds were really comfortable and the views are breathtaking. We loved the design of the sitting room/outside patio space it was clean and modern and worked perfectly. The parking facilities are really secure, this complex of properties has a locked gate which you will receive a fob for during check in. Overall the property far exceeded our expectations and if we are in the area in the future we will be back and try to create more memories :) Thanks for a lovely stay.

Excellent Property

The property was lovely. The ensuites were good and the property was large and well equipped. The area was quiet and out of the way. Brilliant parking, secure and off road. The pools were excellent. Used everyday. Close to attractions. You definately need a car at this property, which very much suited us.
