"Parque Santiago 1" - one of the most attractive, and in many people’s eyes, the best apartment complex in Tenerife.

Parque Santiago 1 commands an extremely enviable, beachfront, position, with the choice of several beaches accessible via Geranium Walk, the seafront promenade which provides easy access to all areas of the resort. The beautiful complex has a fully refurbished and modern swimming pool area and is surrounded by tropical gardens of palm trees and flowers. It is one of the few swimming pools in Tenerife that are heated during the winter months (October to April).

The property contains FREE internet and TV - including BBC1 & ITV1.

From Parque Santiago 1, you have immediate access to the beach front and it's an easy walk to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. Siam Aqua Park is ten minutes away by car. Rent a car and the whole of the beautiful island is available for you - a visit to Mount Teide is a must, and you can enjoy taking in the beautiful north coast with a visit to the Loro Parque.

ABOUT THE ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT, PARQUE SANTIAGO, TENERIFE

This is a lovely, ground floor, pool-side apartment with a bright, sunny terrace which overlooks the delightful pool area. The private terrace contains a dining table and chairs along with two sunbeds - an ideal place to enjoy your morning cornflakes; a cool beer in the afternoon or simply nip back from the pool for refreshments.

There is a spacious and cool sitting room with TV, FREE internet, two reclining armchairs and a double sofa. There is a dining area and a separate kitchen area which contains a four-ring hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc.

The apartment is located in a very nice complex within a quieter area of Las Americas, an easy walk to the beach, the lively Veronicas or the quiet area of Los Cristianos. The pool area is very clean. The apartment, located on the ground floor adjacent the pool, had everything that was needed for your stay. The communications with Scott was great and information provided exact. We would stay again.

Lovely location in a nice complex

The property is perfect for a couple, it has all the essentials & the benefit of outdoor space. The complex is quiet & has a very reasonably priced restaurant (when open) & the pool is great. Surprised that there is a charge of 5 a day for a sunbed as this is different than the other Parque Santiago complexes we've stayed in.

Wonderful 1bedroom apartment in perfect location. Terrace got the sun all day so no need to pay for sun loungers around the pool. Lovely cafe on site for breakfast or snacks.
