Villa Art House with Pool

Villa Art House with a private pool is located in Vižinada at the end of the village and offers a wonderful view of the Mirna River valley. The house was completely renovated in 2016 by the new owners and consists of two floors. On the first floor there is a pleasant living room and a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine) with a seating area. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor with two interconnected bedrooms (family bedroom - from the room with a double bed you enter the room with a bunk bed) and a bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a double bed with its own bathroom, and the second bedroom is a children's room with a bunk bed and a large balcony, which means that the house is best suited for two adults and two children. The house is fully air-conditioned. Guests have at their disposal the use of the swimming pool, sunbeds and gazebos with table and chairs, free wireless internet access and private parking. You will enjoy a beautiful sunset with a view of the sea in the distance. The villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday.

As beautiful as in the pictures on the Internet

We had fantastic 2 weeks in the art villa. It was very clean and well equipped, very calm since it is a bit outside of the village with no direct neighbours. Lidija was a great host. The pool was a great source of joy. There is a fence all around the garden, so our dog enjoyed its freedom. We would love to come back.

Wunderschönes Arthouse

Wir haben die 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dem Arthouse verbracht und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Morgens den Sonnenaufgang genießen und dann die Ruhe die man dort hat. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt,und die Vermieterin war immer zu erreichen wenn wir etwas brauchten. Das Haus war einfach sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Problemloses einchecken,die Vermieterin war vor Ort und hat uns alles erklärt und uns Tipps gegeben was man in der Umgebung sehenswert ist. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen,wenn wir nochmal in Istrien Urlaub machen sollten.

Entspannter, schöner Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus, schöner Pool, ruhig etwas außerhalb gelegen. Grundstück ist eingezäunt, gut für Hunde. Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und gut erreichbar. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
