Renamed after the recent loss of our beloved mother who so loved this home!
This renovated home (June 2016) offers two levels, a patio, deck, and dock. Main level has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area and great room with a 55" smart TV. There are 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. All three bedrooms face the lake and access the new deck.

Please see the end of this for a few items that have since this posting need to be addressed.

The living area has an L-shaped couch, a brand new (2018) queen sleeper sofa, and two chairs with a small table. There is also a coffee bar with a keurig, and filtered coffee maker.

The lower level has an open room with an A.M. kitchen (sink, refrigerator, microwave) and a breakfast bar with stools. There is a sitting room with a 55" TV, pool table, half bath and day bed with trundle. We also have a single blow up mattress available for your use.

You can access the lake, deck and dock from this first floor. Part of the shoreline has a natural sandy beach for everyone to access the water. You may use the dock and slip. The master bedroom has a King bed and a single pull out sleeper/chair, and the other two bedrooms have Queen beds. High speed internet (well, as high as you can get in this area). No Smoking and some pets. Ask first.

The TVs have Hulu live and Netflix.

The dock has a boat lift (6,000 lb capacity) and a jet ski lift which can be used at your own risk. There are three smaller kayaks for use as well.

I have been asked often about the dock and the depth of the lake. We are in a cove. The depth off our dock is over 6 feet and quickly goes deeper. You can dive and jump off the dock, but not off the boathouse.

We have a boat lift, but a Pontoon boat will not fit in the lift area although it can be tied up to the dock.

Fishing off our dock is decent - smaller trout and bass, some larger cat fish. One of our renters just told us that they caught enough bass for dinner! You will often see fishermen come into the cove to fish.

We are also asked often about a boat ramp. We have an accessible boat ramp in the neighborhood which is about a mile from our house. This boat ramp is for our neighborhood only, (yes, you can use it since you are staying in our neighborhood!)
We sit on a little more than an acre, with perfect space to tuck your trailer away for the weekend or week.

The yard (landscape) is still under work - we did have the path completed all the way to the water and dock; however, due to constant water washing everything away, we are redoing the walkway with cement. Part of it still has to be completed, however, we need time when renters are not here to complete that.
