Recently renovated by a well-known studio of Roman architects, the apartment has a minimal design, enriched by small details and warm materials such as resin surfaces and oak plank floors.
The loft consists of a single large room, with a double bed on a mezzanine and a sofa bed, and is equipped with every facility, from air conditioning to dishwasher, from wifi to music, to TV. It is located on the upper floor of a building of only two levels of 1300, which originally stood next to an ancient furnace.
From the apartment every place in the city center can easily be visited on foot. From Piazza Navona to the Pantheon, from Campo de 'Fiori to San Pietro, from the Fori to Castel Sant'Angelo it is all reachable by walking. In addition, the house is a short walk from the tram that connects easily with all major tourist destinations in Rome and Trastevere station, connected to Fiumicino airport.
Unique, for art lovers and monuments, the house is right in front of the ancient church of Santa Maria in Cappella, a stone's throw from the Tiberina island and all the oldest squares in Trastevere.
