Comfortable house - Close to city centre - Ideal for football and attractions

We'd love to welcome guests to our well maintained and tastefully decorated house. Guests will enjoy the benefits of a quiet cul de sac location with the convenience of nearby local amenities.

Property information:

Bedroom one contains a kingsize master bed, dressing table, wardrobe, drawers and TV.

Bedroom two has two comfortable single beds and storage (wardrobe and drawers)

The Bathroom includes a basin, WC, rainfall shower, massive whirlpool bath, toiletries and towels.

Downstairs you will find a large lounge, with sitting area and entertainment facilities (Cable TV including BT Sport, xbox and a selection of games and DVDs).

These is also a very well equipped kitchen with sitting area containing all you could need during your stay.

Outside you will enjoy the benefit of free parking and a sizeable garden to the rear.

All within a short walk - Crosby Beach, home to Anthony Gormley's Another Place (The Iron Men). South Road, Waterloo and Crosby village for a number of bars, restaurants, shops, leisure centres and a boutique cinema should you wish to stay local for the evening.

From your front door all the sights of Liverpool including such as Liverpool FC, Everton FC, Aintree Racecourse and Liverpool city centre are all within easy reach.
